This was hands-down the worst hotel of our trip to Argentina.  To start, it was filthy.  I wonder if the carpets have ever been cleaned.  The comforters were old and dirty.  We booked for a family of eight, but ended up having some kids sleep on the floor, and the pull out couch was broken.  It was blazing hot all night long, so we had to open the windows which did not have screens and let all kinds of bugs in. Plus, since the hotel is in the middle of downtown, it was noisy all night.  And windy.  Oh the wind in Comodoro.  We did have maid service that straightened things up while we were gone, but the shower was clogged up and filled as we showered, and the bathroom door would not lock or even shut.  Creaks and noises all night made me feel the place was possibly haunted.  My boys thought this was one cool thing about the hotel.  Breakfast was just okay.

Although the maids were always very helpful and kind, I found the receptionist treats guests as if he was doing them a favor.
The wi-fi signal that served the first floor rooms went down, and it was hard to prove to him that there was a problem. He didn't believe me when I said it wasn't working, and when I proved to him he just told me "you have to use the internet inside the restaurant and that's it, I can't do anything". I had to almost beg in order to convince him to call someone on monday (which I don't think he will) to fix the wi-fi on the first floor rooms. Seriously, having to leave the room to use the internet and talk to my wife in a public area with people listening...that's a major downer, especially when the hotel is not willing to do anything to fix it and.
As for everything else, the hotel doesn't have laundry service, there's no safe or mini-bar in the room and there's no lunch or dinner, only breakfast.
There's a mini-market and a laundry right next to the hotel, and a restaurant on the other side of the road (which doesn't take credit cards, by the way). There's also a control panel for A/C, but there's no A/C in the room, so I didn't understand that one...
Pay a little bit more and go for another hotel...
