I stayed here on two separate visits and was very happy with the very friendly helpful Tani. The rooms up stairs are spacious and clean with the option to self cater but would I with all the very cheap and tasty food around Ksimili. I can totally recommend staying here. Faleminderit Tani

Great time in Tani's

We really loved the stay at Tani's. He's a very nice guy who speaks perfectly english and helps you out whenever you need it. The bar is nice too - you can get some keg-beer there. The room we had was very clean and even had an AC - we didnt expect this for this price. Bathroom and balcony was good as well. In my opinion it is better to stay in Ksamil than in Sarande. You can easily reach Ksamil by bus which stops close to the guesthouse. During summer (still in September) there are many people at the beaches but you get nice places to swim and the islands are very cool so it's definitively woth to go if you dont expect empty beaches. In the area are many things to do as well. We would for sure stay at tanis again and recommend this for everybody else! Thanks Tani!

perfect stay

We had a very pleasant stay at Tani's! The room were clean, it's very close to the beach and the staff was helpful. Tani is a great host! He makes excellent drinks, fun to hang out with and always make sure we have a nice stay. He has a lot of local knowledge, and helped us order pizza and gave us tips on where to go and what to do in the area. We will definnantly be back!

Best guesthouse in Albania!

Tani is a fantastic host and his bar is really worth visiting. We stayed at Tanis guesthouse for a week and enjoyed every moment of it. Tani showed us where to go and ensured that we had a great time. The guesthouse have  clean rooms with AC, internet and the nearest beach is under 200 meters away
Tanis Bar is a really cool bar with a relaxed vibe, perfect drinks and ice-cold beer.

Great guesthouse

Very friendly and helpful for any information. Room massive with spacious kitchen for family like mine with 2 children, toilet and shower, and balcony. Pub downstairs for relaxing and socialising wile you're enjoying a cool draft beer, cocktail or soft drinks.
Located half kilometre of the sea side with few restaurant bars and sunbeds, and half kilometre of the main street with bank, supermarkets, restaurants, playground, buss station, taxis, farmaci and more.
