The rooms are spacious and the cleanliness is everything you wish for. Staff was very welcoming ang helping. Breakfast was a traditional egg omlette with sausage, cheese, jam, cornflakes. The pool area was very good and clean.

Loved this hotel
Extreamly clean rooms and well looked after. They feel new. 
Family run (not the best english but we don't speak albanian) couldn't do enough for us.
A beach just at the end if the road. About a 20/30 minute walk to the centre.  Ideal location if you have a car.
Breakfast was decent.
Pool looked very cloudy. We did use it still.

This is a very nice family hotel with a relaxed atmosphere.
Rooms are clean and very spacious with a nice balcony with sea view!
People are very friendly, the restaurant had a little menu but everything was fresh, tasty and well cooked.
There is a little beach within walking distance.
We didn't use the pool but it looked good and is great for children.
The owner was very friendly, we asked him to order us a taxi for 5.00 am but when we woke up he was waiting for us and drove us to the bus!
Great value for money!

Great clean room. Family run

Nice family hotel

First of all, no fluent English in this "hotel".
We booked this hotel because of the swimming pool. When we arrived, the pool was empty! We stayed for 2 nights and when we left, the pool was still only half filled.
The owner does not know how to run a hotel, on Booking it shows 4 stars but for sure, this is probably not even 2 stars. 
The furnishing of the rooms is very outdated. 
You will only have bread, butter, jam, eggs for the breakfast and you will have to pay for the coffee. We were 9 people there and we received only 1 tomato for all our group, when we asked for more, we were told that they dont have.
When we ordered something in the restaurant for dinner, they had to jump on the motorcycle and go to buy ingredients (fish, pasta, ..., everything.
The owner is not good chef, we ordered grilled fish and we received fish which was frozen inside. We refused it.
We wanted to have a discount for our stay because of the empty pool (we travelled with children), but since they don´t speak English, it was not possible to discuss this with them.
If you are planning to stay in Ksamil, stay away of this hotel.
