Feel like a fool after one night stay here. My family booked 2rooms via Bookings.com. There’s no credit/deposit required, but then the owner called me and ask for cash deposit otherwise he would not keep my reservation as high season???!! After some discussion about that unreasonable reason, he agreed to do his job - “keep the reservation”
Then we checked in the rooms. I have to say, it’s in the worst condition ever. Wallpaper was torn out, the terrible smell from grill restaurant next door, smelly bathroom. Very humid and bathetic. We decided to take only 1 room and cancelled the other one because it’s too late to find another hotel, we’re tired and hungry after hours of driving.
The nightmare hasn’t stopped there. We came back to hotel lately after our dinner. Till midnight, there was a sound from the rooftop, idk what was that. Sounds like an army jumping on the roof the whole night. Really noisy, unacceptable noise. The whole family can not sleep for the whole night. I can not imagine how they dare to sell this kinda room, it was totally a trick.
The next morning we checked out, the owner told me that the room we took was more expensive than the other one. It was not true, we booked 2 same price rooms on Booking.com. We were not kids or idiots to lie about it. Then I complained about the terrible noise and the owner said that no one complained about it before, it caused by the tree, he couldn’t do anything about it???!!!! what?? So why he choose to do a hotel here? And giving this kinda service??
I swear, I would never ever to come back here. Never!!

TERRIBLE

We booked a quadruple room with 2 big beds. The bathroom is huge- big point for it.
No breakfast then, it's a local hotel though.
But downstairs there is a korean restaurant which serves mostly the Korean style BBQ. The food there is average but you can reserve a private room. 
Some rooms have a private yard where you can organize your own bbq party. 
The hotel offers a view directly to the beach, but unfortunately that part of beach is not for swimming. 
Walk out the hotel, take a taxi to the right, about 2km, in front of the cable station, you'll reach a local seafood resto called Co Nen - super super good and tasty food can be found there! Highly recommend the grill squid - that's a must try! 
Overall this accommodation is totally suitable for family thanks to their big rooms.

Good place for family

While the hotel has a great location across from the ferry boat to Saigon, this also means there is noise from nearby bars.  There was also frequent noise from a water pump near my room 302.  The room's walls have some mildew and there were a few flying bugs in my room.  The bed is large and the mattress hard, but I slept well once the noise died around midnight.  The shower pressure was not consistent and the water not very hot, while the drain was slow.  The windows are tinted so you cannot see the bay.  There are better value properties elsewhere.
