Good location - only a short less than 10 min walk to the beach. The room was quite big, and clean. The bed was comfy, contrary to what others may say, i was in room 501. You obviously haven't slept in many dorm beds in asia! It wasn't that much more than a dorm, and i was transiting through da nang for one night so was perfect. Hot water shower, good tv with cable, and the staff were friendly and attentive to my questions and requests. I would stay here again. There was a mini mart not far about 5 mins walk, plenty of coffee shops and places to eat and the massage parlor a few doors down *Rendezvous' was excellent and affordable.

This hotel service is really nice and house keeping cleaning the room everyday. You can book the room from trip advisor and you no need to pay money at once if you book from booking.com. The hotel rent motorbike and you can go outside and around the city easily.

Great find. Good value. Nice staff.

Good hotel

The hotel is 2 blocks from the beach within a walking distance. The hotel is reasonable clean, I'm not sure why there are a little ants and spiders crawling on my bed. The hotel is near by many local restaurants, pub and cafe. 

It's interesting 

We stayed here for one night only between Hoi An and flying to Hanoi, definately not worth the money. I would rather stay in a dorm and save ££. The rooms aren't clean, there were muddy foot prints on the walls!?

The bed is rock hard, my girlfriend didn't sleep a wink because the mattress was that hard, I slept on and off, not great. 

The English of the staff is poor, very difficult to even ask about late check out (which they declined and made us leave at 11, our flight was at 10pm)

Their scooters aren't great either. They are cheap at $6 per day but ours had hardly any brakes! Asked to swap but they had no others so just had to take it very carefully. 

All in all it was disappointing, I think we paid $15 which I feel is way too much for what we experienced. 

Not worth the money

If you can sleep like a baby on the floor with no mattress, you'll do fine. We paid for a room we needn't have had as neither of us have slept all night. To me that is enough to discourage anyone from staying here. Regardless of everything else which incidentally, was totally fine. My back is killing me and I'm now miserable, I won't sleep now and it's 03:21 I've had about an hour. That's all I have to say as nothing else matters now.
