We stayed at the hotel on four different occasions over a month period, using the hotel as a base for our luggage for trips to Ha Long Bay, Sapa, Ha Giang, Ninh Binh. We highly recommend the hotel; the staff are truly wonderful and can not do enough for you. The hotel is in a great location, easy walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel does need a little bit of decoration repair, but it certainly doesn’t impact your stay and the warmth of the hotel staff more than makes up for it.
