On December 11, we arrived at the Minh Toan GALAXY hotel, but it was closed because they had NO water NO electricity, so we were redirected to the MINH TOAN HOTEL.
What a good surprise.... Good location, great breakfast with view from the 11 th floor, at a very very reasonable price. But the biggest surprise was the FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT, POLITE, HELPFUL STAFF of the Minh Toan Hotel Danang...
We want to thank them ALL, especially the young lady at the  reservation ( check-in and out ) desk who helped us several times with getting  taxis to go to Linh Urh Pagoda, Hoi An, Ba Na Hills, helped us with a smile and in a very friendly manner.
THe Minh Toan Hotel was our first stop in Vietnam and we ENJOYED it very much.
Thank you Minh Toan... Take you the young lady at the reception counter, thank you to the breakfast personnel, all very professional.
We will be back.

A hidden GEM in Da Nang Vietnam.

Staff was very helpful. She helped me uprate the room free. The restaurant where offered free breakfast was very nice, had a good view. 
If you want to rent motobike, you can ask the securities and pay moneys to them.

We have been staying in the Minh Toan Hotel for two nights. We travelled with two children below 5 years and everything was excellent. Nice facilities such as the pool, gym and spa. All staff was very friendly and supportive during our stay. With a very short cap ride you can reach the "center". 
The hotel is located not fare from the marble mountains by cab.

When we arrived the sheets in the room, I was staying in, had stains on them, and under the sheets as well. There was also a Hair and other things that showed the sheets had never been changed from the previous stay.. make sure you ask for new sheets

Unsanitary

Stayed here for a few nights in June. Location isn't great and a bit too far from the beach to walk, and not close to convenience stores, cafes etc. On the first night after a flight from Hanoi we ventured to the hotel restaurant for food only to feel that we were inconveniencing the staff despite the fact the restaurant was nowhere near closing. Dinner was underwhelming and breakfast not too great either. Rooms are fine, but you would be able to find the same quality of room elsewhere with better customer service, price and location! Had issues checking out as cleaning staff reportedly couldn't find two missing towels despite the fact they were the extra ones we had asked for as the dirty towels from the day before were not replaced. Wouldn't stay here and wouldn't recommend anyone else did either.
