I have stayed there for business trip and it was a great pleasure. The manager is very attentive and she was very kind to recommend places to eat (very delicious btw). Furthermore, when I have dropped some money and haven’t noticed, they have contacted me and notified me about it - otherwise I wouldn’t even notice. I can’t thank them enough, they are super nice! The facilities were very good and the rooms are quite large. 

The hotel is located very conveniently and is short walk away from Bukhara’s must-visit mosques. Although we were on a business trip, we managed to walk around the touristic places in the evening as it was very close. Definitely recommend it!

Beautiful place to stay, highly recommended!

It is a small and nice hotel to be with friends or family. You need to walk 10' through narrow, unpaved and dark - although safe - streets to reach the center of the city. No restaurant service except for breakfast.
The wifi does not work in some rooms - out of coverage - and you have then to go to the lobby to read your email ! Limited bandwidth.
Overall, the price is reasonable and the hotel is nice. For those looking for international standards, downtown locations, etc I do not recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel within walking distance from downtown

A lovely hotel just a short walk from the centre of the old city. Our room was of average size with just enough room for our suitcases to be out of the way. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning was very good. Tea and coffee were provided in room. Bathroom was tiny but clean and modern and shower was hot and plentiful. In room Wi-Fi was good. The dining room for breakfast was off a central courtyard. There wasn’t a huge choice in the buffet selection but the quality was OK.

A very pleasant stay

This hotel is at the edge of the old center of Buchara. You can walk to the cosy Lyab-i-Hauz within 10 minutes. The alleys are a bit dark in the evening but safe.
The hotel has a nice atmosphere, comfortable lobby, modern rooms with a clean bathroom, friendly staff. The breakfast is in buffet style and very good.
Wifi is not always working depending on the hour of the day and only in the lobby.

Maybe there are more expensive and luxurios hotels, bu t Siyavush allows you to have everything at walking distance from the palpitating centre of Bukhara. Once you worked out how to move about, it is most pleasant going back to your hotel via little alleyways. The hotel is not noisy, the personnel helpful, it has a nice safe for your wads of money (and you shall have them). Maybe the breakfast is not the best and the room where it is served needs a bit of renovation, the rooms are simple but they are clean and the bathroom has a real window!
