We stayed here one night while on our way out of state.  This motel is right on route 1 in Scarborough and easy to locate. Considering it is right on route 1, it was very quiet. The room was clean. The bathroom was very small. 

Good for an overnight

cute room, very clean. nice and quiet away from the in town noise and trains. reasonably priced. you wont be disappointed other than the owners lack of ability to answer phone. have to call a few times before someone picks up

We didn't book ahead on the last weekend of summer in Maine so ended up taking what we could find. We over-paid because of this. The room was very clean. It had a double bed that was comfortable, microwave, fridge, hairdryer, small but clean bathroom with stand up shower.  Lots of free parking. Free wifi that worked well. Not a bad one night stay. 

Clean, What I expected for a two star motel.

Very dirty, garage sale type of mismatched towels and bedding,  items most people would throw out.Please beware unless you  want  a terrible vacation.Location is good. They promised to refund my deposit and never mailed it as promised. Be very careful  with this owner!

We needed a winter get away. It was affordable and clean and yes on small side but no complaints. The TV was a flat screen but very limited in channels. We couldn't find breakfast room and realized the next morning at check out that even with door locked a push would open the door. From the inside is a deadbolt. We let owners wife know so I'm sure they will fix it. A good place for the price we paid for the area.

I left on good terms but he was not there as he said he would be. I asked him to mail me my deposit and he did not. I called a second time and it still was not returned. I would not trust him with you deposit, just figure your going to loose it.
