What was good

We had a couple of rooms include the Canary Suite which is beautifully appointed with a terrific wrap around balcony - the perfect setting to entertain clients during the Santa Barbara Film Festival! Truly OUTSTANDING service. The hotel is in the midst of renovations and without Finch & Fork (closed for the reno) the staff is really trying to step up with other solutions for food and beverage - everyone we came into contact with from the hotel could not have been friendlier or more helpful!

What was bad

Hope to return to the hotel when the renovations are complete to enjoy the rooftop/pool and Finch & Fork
