Everything was great. We only had some issues with the check in because we were given an expired key. However, we were glad they were able to assist us despite the late check in (after midnight). Overall, greatly enjoyed the space!

It was an apartment-style hotel with high ceilings and modern furnishings. It was super nice and peaceful and was along a Big Bus Tour route, which made moving around the city convenient. There was no hotel staff manning a front desk, just a regular apartment lobby that made it feel like home immediately. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The only issue was that the buzz of the refrigerator would randomly get loud sometimes, but I was on a short business trip where I ate out every day, so unplugging it until I left was a simple solution.

Felt Like Home

It was ok. The location is excellent. Walking distance to all the old  Philadelphia sites. It wasn’t the cleanest and the room smelled like a dead mouse. Had problems with the t.v. There isn’t any cable, you have to cast from your phone to watch anything if you can get it to work. Couldn’t figure out how to get the dishwasher to work. All in all it was good though.

Not the worst, not the best.

They cancelled our reservation the day before we were supposed to check in with no explanation. Them trying to talk to the help line about it got me absolutely nowhere & they were useless.

I have stayed at this property several times.While have been in the past some small issues this property has consistently been a pretty good place to stay.

3rd Time

There was a big gap between the fold-out bed and the wall, which made sleeping and watching tv on the bed uncomfortable.There wasn't a single bedside table.The duvet was coming apart.

One of the best areas of Philadelphia, amazing design of the apartment, very clean. Wish the bed was a little more comfortable. I will definitely use Sonder again.

You should make it more obvious that this is a self-service accommodation and not a hotel

Not a hotel

The hotel was in a great spot and the accommodations were comfortable. But the no front desk policy is ridiculous and very stressful. We tried to check in before the arrival as requested to no avail . The program used wouldn't accept the information. So upon arrival we had to try to get someone to help us check in. When the person finally arrived, I was subjected to, not only giving my info but had basically what felt like mug shots taken of me with  my phone. The company likes to collect the money, however are to cheap to provide the services which are usually normal with a fine hotel.My husband and I are both professionals & have traveled all over the globe. I really don't recommend this place at all !! If you want stress & aggravation, well WELCOME to Sonder !
