Gorgeous Gulf Front 2/2..Free Beach Service. 2 chairs and umbrella daily.
We stayed in Unit #1104 for 6 days. The balcony was huge. Everything one could need was provided. It's also located in a great location. Entertainment and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Guests and staff were friendly. The pool and beach were fabulous..
The owner of this condo is very responsive and helpful. No issues with the elevators, the security.. the parking garage is very tight but we were still able to park a dodge ram.. just took some maneuvering..highly recommend Unit 1104...we will stay again in the future.

Birthday Trip

A friend and I took my 14 yr old granddaughter and her friend to the beach for long weekend. We enjoyed our stay in Unit 1707. Large balcony with a Beautiful View. Our condo was nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. The unit was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed. The elevators do stay busy but that has been my experience with all the condos in PCB. Unit has a reserved parking space in the covered deck and two lounge chairs/umbrella on the beach. I would definitely stay here again. Indoor and Outdoor Pools.

1707 was Nice Unit.

Our penthouse condo was perfection.  Loved the big balcony with comfy and plentiful seating.  Kitchen was well stocked along with everything else.  
 We brought a mid size SUV and parking was a bit tight but the designated spot was appreciated. 
 We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect vacation spot

Coral Reef 0206 - First I’d like to say that the price to rent this condo is absolutely outrages and I’ll tell you why…..the listing advertises that it sleeps 12, this is misleading!  We had 8 in our party and the following are the issues we had with only 8 in the condo.
- Only 1 towel per person is available. There were no extra towels anywhere. 
- Front bedroom with bathroom has no dresser or drawers for storing clothing
- 2nd Master bedroom king bed was extremely uncomfortable.  It sagged in the middle and we had to pile pillows in between us to make it somewhat comfortable.  Worst bed we have ever slept in!
- The bathroom that is shared with the 2nd master and 2nd front bedroom is very outdated and needs to be updated.  It had ONE towel bar which doesn’t work well when 4 people are sharing it. There is a huge wall that can accommodate at least 2 more towel bars.   But there is absolutely nothing on that wall, in fact there are no decorations in that bathroom at all. 
- The living room chairs are visibly dirty.  Needs to be cleaned or replaced.
- The living room area only seats 5.  Even when we pulled the uncomfortable kitchen chairs in there we only had enough for 7 to sit.  Definitely need more furniture in that area.  
- The balcony also needs additional furniture and nicer chairs.  Only 4 chairs are available and the size of the balcony can certainly accommodate more!
- The condo needs a deep cleaning.  Dust is piled up on the ceiling fans and the floors are filthy. 
Overall we were extremely disappointed in this condo considering how much we paid.  If you have more than 6 in your party I would recommend finding a different condo. There are nicer cheaper condos available.

Very disappointed

Our room came with beach (chair) service. Casey was very friendly and helpful.  We were far away from the condo steps, and he offered to help us carry all our “stuff” back (in the hot sand). He got us moved closer the next day!

Beach service

Arrived on Mothers Day 2022 for 2 weeks.  Immediately was accosted by the Nazi SS who won't let you sit on a chair by the beach. They charge $50/day for this luxury and were inhospitable and intimidating.  On either side of this property were disgusting and smelly old hotel turned residences with questionable occupants.  During our stay we endured the Jeep Week which means loud and all night crazy drivers outside.  By the time we left there was so much seaweed nobody could enter the water.  Too awful!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Hands down the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered.  Rented a one bedroom on Madiera beach, which we came to find out on day one had bed bugs in the couch.  They sent somebody to confirm that it was a bed bug but found no further evidence of infestation.  (anyone familiar with bed bugs knows that is IMPOSSIBLE)  Fortunately they had tile floors and a platform bed so we had no issues in the bedroom but we were scared to death to sit on the couch.  They refused to do ANYTHING - we suggested they move us to another property (which we really didnt want as we were ON the beach), we asked to have them remove the couch.  They did neither.  They said they would send exterminators and they literally strung us along day after day with excuses about why they had not come.  We had to limit our stay inside to the bedroom and sit on our beach chairs to watch TV -

The company offered us 10% discount - which I declined and asked for them to remove the couch.  

I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and TeemingVR gave us a whopping 2 day refund on a 7 day rental.  

Do your homework on this rental company and you will see how awful they truly are...

We literally had not been on vacation in 18 months and both took a week off for this last minute booking...

Bed Bugs in the Couch

Let me start by saying, the only reason I didn't rate this a 5 was for very minor details.  I would definitely recommend this stay!

We stayed in unit 2207.  The view was breathtaking!  We had a perfect view of the sunset, and we were also able to see quite a bit of wildlife from our balcony!  We saw dozens of dolphins and sting rays.  The pelicans flew right past us pretty regularly.  We even saw a shark!

The unit was beautiful; well represented by the photos on VRBO.  We noticed a few minor things that were not worth calling in (they did not impact the quality of our stay)... the blanket on the bed in the guest room was dirty.  I brought my own blanket, so I didn't bother asking for another one.  There were broken screen doors leaning against the wall on the balcony.  The bed in the master bedroom was very squeaky.  The key pad was challenging, but once we figured it out, it was fine!  The TV's could use an upgrade compared to other places we have stayed in the area.

The kitchen was well stocked.  We brought a few things from home, simply because we like using our own things sometimes, but it had everything we would have needed.  The parking was a breeze.  There was an attendant at the entrance of the garage to help you locate your assigned spot if you didn't know it already.  We booked through VRBO and they were kind enough to provide that information for us beforehand.

Just a side note, we utilized Instacart and Door Dash on our trip.  Our delivery people did not have any trouble getting into the parking garage or finding our unit!

Wonderful Experience!

We stayed in unit 1104. It was perfect for our family of four. The balcony was huge. Everything one could need was provided. It's also located in a great location. Entertainment and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Guess and staff were friendly. The pool and beach were fabulous.

Perfect

We stayed on the 10th floor and booked through VRBO.  Worked out great.  Awesome view of the ocean and beach.  Played mini golf and go carts across the street.  Walked the beach every day.  Parking is a challenge with larger vehicles.  Pier park is a great outdoor mall to shop.  Hiked at Conservation Park and found tennis courts in a city park.  There is an outdoor pool and indoor pool which is dated.
