I really liked this hotel. It was close to everything. And very quiet also. I only two complaints about this hotel. Is that they didn't know their own WiFi password. So we had to work to find it out. And my other  one is that the walk in price was 91$ which was so crazy to me considering the priceline and tripadviser were completely lower. I was just caught off guard that on a Sunday evening for a one night stay was that much.

Really nice but not perfect.

I had seen the sign for this place before but the area looked sketchy so I passed it up. But this trip to New Orleans something told me to check it out. It was more than I could hope for. The owners were awesome and so was the room. I had a 2 bed(King) room and there was a divider wall between the beds like a separate room. There was a tv for both areas. The place is very cute. The room was spotless and very comfortable beds. It is located a bit ducked off the road so it was amazingly quiet. I can say without a doubt that I will always stay there from now on if I have to stay over night again. I usually choose comfort inn Or a motel 8. This place was the same price but much nicer. I am hooked after only one night. The coffee in the room was organic too

Amazing

I was travelling through New Orleans and needed to find a place to stay. After a lot of searching I came across the Jefferson Inn & Suites! The staff was delightful! The rooms were clean and comfortable. And it was within 10 minutes of everything I wanted to see! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great little place 

Check in was a breeze - the staff were friendly and happy to give advice on places to go and what to see.

Uber was cheap into bourbon street...

Rooms were clean - a little old but had everything we needed.

We went during jazz fest so anything closer to the French quarter was way outside our budget

If you’re looking for an affordable option don’t go past this place.

Affordable - clean - not too far from bourbon street 

Stayed at this hotel for a night for a conference st the convention center. The interior of the hotel actually surpassed my expectation and for the money paid it looked decent in the inside. The outside doesn't look that nice though. A good example of not judging the book by the cover. There was no water in the dispenser even during breakfast  and the lady at the front desk didn't seem to be bothered. Otherwise good value for money

Milan the hotel manager went above and beyond the norm when he Fed-Ex'd my p/c to me, which I had left in my room. I drove all the way home before I discovered that it was missing. I called the hotel and asked about my p/c, Milan answered and stated that he had it,and would mail it to me a.s.a.p. He sent it overnite, and I got it the next day by 12 noon. Everything was fine !  Outstanding customer service !

Great Customer Service !

Came to Jefferson for meetings at Oshner and I was so excited to find this little gem. My commute was less than 5 mins to the main hospital. The rooms were big and spacious. My king sized suite was perfection. It came with a fridge and a microwave. Loved the free parking. The staff was accommodating and so friendly. They made my dull business trip feel less daunting. It’s was like I was coming home

This is a must stay!

Pros:

The location was convenient specially given that we wanted to stay outside of the french quarter area, but within a decent proximity. It served us well on that purpose. It felt safe although I must say I was initially a bit apprehensive while driving towards it. Room was simple, no frills. Cheap stay, and we got the amenities as we expected. The bathroom was clean, liked that. there was a refrigerator in the room.

Cons:

#1: Microwave:No microwave in the room. We had some left over food, could not warm it up when we came back tired after exploring the city. The lounge had a microwave that anyone could use, but we were on the furthest end in Room # 27 and it was inconvenient to go up to the lobby to warm up food. 

#2: I would not quite say I disliked it, but I was surprised at the incident. In the morning I was taking some pictures (I attached a few here with the review) of the motel building as also the the lobby/breakfast area without invading anyone's privacy. There were not many people in there anyway! People take pictures of places they have stayed in for their memory as also for reviews if they want to do any later. I was approached and inquired by a front desk lady later about why was I taking pictures earlier??? Someone reported! what, really! She was polite and let me know that "people (staffs, I think she referred to) around here are not used to people taking picture of the property" which was a bit of a surprise to me. Please don't get me wrong, I was neither angry nor annoyed at being asked as she apparently did her job and indeed she was polite, but this was the first time for me for such a inquiry which seemed unreasonable to me! I would like to reiterate, it's not a matter of dis-likeness, but rather surprising. If that is a part of their policy, "No Pictures" then may be they can communicate that with boarders prior to their arrival or at check in. Less room for misunderstanding then. 

#3:Breakfast: there was really nothing significant to choose from. No form of protein offered ( no eggs, no sausage or ham or turkey). limited number of mini muffins, which ran out quickly the day we were there. Coffee was decent though. Bananas that were  offered  were OK.  Think there was a waffle machine, may be some some cereal.That's pretty much it. If you are staying here, do not count on the free complimentary breakfast, be prepared to have it somewhere else at your expense.

Decent location-quiet place outside the city-breakfast was a joke

The hotel has renovated rooms that are clean and tastefully decorated. The renovated rooms have a refrigerator and a coffee machine that have been very well integrated into the room. The bathroom is very stylish, you can also get shampoo and body lotion in small quantities. The breakfast is typically American (waffles, toast, pastries, cornflakes, coffee, juice) and also quite good. The location is suboptimal if you want to go to New Orleans: you have to first drive a local bus that is not in the bus system of NO.

Nice, clean, friendly

I like the convenience of having a breakfast that turned out to be better than what I expected to be Continental!
