It is remodeled and the lady Mrs. Young is very sweet and it is the most reasonably priced motel around Denver.   Overall, it is a great place and would definitely comeback again.  If you need a motel to crash at this place is right off the freeway and is excellent.

Great place to sleep

For the price, its not bad. It isn't a 5 star hotel no and it shows but its got decent beds. It smelled nice when I walked in and the Korean owner was nice and makes a mean hot waffle. 
Bathrooms could use a little work and some new sheets but that's all my complaints.
What surprised me is the Wi-Fi, damn good. Got online instantly and no problems at all. Been staying at 4 star hotels and never got past the loading screen.

Hopefully with the money that they're getting from the city on housing the homeless do to covid.They're able to fix this place up and not hire cheap people to do it. with my time here I'll reseal where the roaches are coming from and enjoy not being outside.

i just left 4AM!!!! GERMAN ROACHES Im not picky the one thing i asked was PLEASE NO BUGS i didnt notice any sign of any creepy crawlys when me and my girlfreind arrived around 6PM. The room was dirty sooo i cleaned blanket had a make-up face print when flipped back so i washed them.. I walked down this creepy falling down staircase to a basement where i found the 2 washer and 2 dryer only 1 washer worked.. Got new blanket really trying to make it work! We payed for a so called Luxury room in the inner building with the luggee on the wall to the blood on the toilet seat then the dirty bedding stained very strange towels we layed down to sleep where i found that a man was living in a camper right outside the window with 3 dogs barking when i mentioned it she told me he has been here a year sorry basically suck it up in your 80 a night luxury room soo we decided to stay awake when we see ROACHES crawling out of the microwave out of the huge plasma TV going under the dresser when i confront the manager she follows me to my room sees them run and hide and tell me you catch one and bring it me basically prove it i couldn't believe it when i asked for a refund she told me to get out so i had to call the cops to come sit while i grab my belongings i think dont have ROACHES 😱😥

Worst experience of my life. Black mold, water leaking from every possible opening and making rivers through the room. Saturated carpeting that smells of sewage. ceiling falling in over the tub and a rude oriental woman and her arrogant handicapped son refusing to refund my money." We give you other room she says".  WHAT? Who wants another chance in this Bio-hazard place. Bugs as big as me and no real working plumbing. It's a gamble if you have water or electric...No thanks. She has the fire exits screwed shut so you can't exit the doors, what's up with that. Room 138 was cute it had a small tree growing out of the floor Play it safe and stay in your vehicle and keep on going.

WOW! Hell on earth is HERE!

Ok it was late at night and we couldn't find a hotel with a room. Drove by here and stopped. $80 (so over priced at that). Dirty room, towels that looked 20 years old, stained and in no way matched. AC unit - can see all the way outside through the vents. The oriental lady at the desk told us she left the door open for us to the room (before we even came in?) bugs in the bathroom. OMG I could go on. Just needed a place to sleep. 

Places like this do exist 

I got a room for 2 nights the room i was givin was not ready yet. they put a tv fridge andshower curtain in it after i got it. the fridge, ac ,hot water, and electric in the bathroom did not work. the door would not lock and the drain in the tub did not drain i decided not to stay the second night and the owner refused to reimberse me
