I called and confirmed the room we wanted to stay because my brother got married there 6 years ago and we knew what unit we wanted. They confirmed 2x and once again with my husband. We stayed her over news years and spent $1850 on two nights. The place we got was an old property that was recently purchased and not the unit we requested. The room was disgusting and misrepresented in the picture. The address provided on the reservation was wrong and they did nothing to fix it. The room was falling apart as you can see by my pictures. We had to literally use the breaking to turn some lights on an off when maintenance could not fix the lights. All the lights in the front room were not working. Everything was falling apart, stained, rotting, or destroyed. We went to three other hotels in the area who had lower prices and a higher quality. When we complained they did nothing! I have stayed in a 5 star resort in Hawaii for a better rate than this. They are doing a bait and switch on customer so please beware! They try to upsell none refurbished property by using pictures of other properties they own to lure in and screw you without any remorse. As a business owner myself, I am appalled by this behavior. Take some pride and ownership in what you are selling! I still feel gross for having stay there. We sent the manager a message and he ignored it.

Never had this happen using Expedia for almost 9 years. Pay at property reservation resulted in immediate billing. At a very inopportune time
Called to ask why was told they bill immediately and don’t follow Expedia rules and refused to speak with me because I booked via Expedia

Save yourself the 6 hours on the phone trying to get your money back and try elsewhere

And Expedia you can do better than to let this place violate your rules while your customers are misled and out of pocket money that was never to be charged until check in months later

Ok place. Needs better AC. Window unit and floor unit doesn’t keep it very cool at all.

We were welcomed like we their best friends that came for a visit!  Jenny went out of her way to ensure we were satisfied and Anthony did the same.  They couldn't do enough for us and we were just walk ins!  Kudos to Nicole also on the evening shift for killing us with kindness!  We will definitely be back!!!

Over the top service!

Very friendly staff specifically maintenance guys but they are hands  tight by owner wish doesn’t invest in properly remodeling rooms in really bad conditions for the high price they charge you, if you are planning to come here do not waste your money in building where is located rooms 107,108,109 one A/C unit for 3 rooms are the cheaper but the worst, my was 107 and I couldn’t sleep because the small bedroom was really hot, we had to use 2 fans and it wasn’t enough to cool down the room, they installed a portable A/C in the room and we woke up with the carpet soaking wet, bottom line a total disaster that building.

I stayed at the "Seaside" property of Anna Maria Island Inn. It was the most relaxed I've been in a long time. The property had an exclusive boutique feel, with perfect beachfront real estate and no large buildings or crowding in the area. Miles of beach with abundant wildlife are outside your door. If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of some other beaches, there is still some peace on Anna Maria Island.All of the staff at this hotel were some of the most friendly I have encountered, helpful with anything we asked them about, and had a very pleasant demeanor.The island has free transportation to the restaurants/attractions, or there are some eateries just a short walk away.When you want to enjoy the coast without a pile of people around you, visit Seaside at Anna Maria Island Inn.

Exclusive boutique feel!

Immediately upon check in, a neighboring guest had his large dog in the pool. I reported it to the staff, they agreed it wasn’t allowed and they would discuss with him. It continued to happen. Also, I didn’t like the roach that appeared out of the closet, I smashed it with a broom but the overall feeling was there must be more around although other aspects of the room seemed clean. The private sitting area outside was very neglected and depressing.
