The most disgusting establishment in all ways possible. From complete and utter lack of cleanliness and produce, to what I witnessed during my stay of treatment towards employees, I was absolutely disgusted with my experience at this hotel. The lines in the bar are rarely ever cleaned and the drinks poured from the tap taste like eggy p*** water. I was also sold a pack of porch scratchings at full price that were weeks past their sell by date and I was not notified of this before purchase. There are cats that seem to permanently live inside the hotel, roaming freely throughout the hotel, with cat flaps added on office doors and such. The minute you walk in you are hit with the overwhelming stench ammonia which I later realised was the smell of cat urine. The owner seems to believe that because he owns and runs a business that it entitles him to shout and say vile things to others.

A horrendous, ghastly place to be. Wouldn't even give 1 star but there's no lower option to give.

Location, food, views and price. I have stayed here a few times now and it really is the place to stay in WSM! Seafront views, brilliant breakfast and most important brilliant price. Car park at rear for charge. Seafront hotel. Will use again

Brilliant

This coach company never fails to provide an excellent service with the most caring polite and helpful drivers I have encountered. Jim on our trip to Weston Super Mare went out of his way to ensure everyone was happy. Thank you Maxfields from your charming Manager who arranged our trip to Jim’s fiancée who entertained us throughout.  As Ernie said “we will be back!”.

Beyond expectations 

Our twin/family room seemed to have had a recent makeover - new carpets, paint, curtains and a new bathroom. lovely and warm. Bed was quite comfortable. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas and felt homely in all the public areas. We had bed and breakfast; the breakfast was plentiful - cereals, fruit, porridge and a full English breakfast available. Would use this hotel again, especially with the lovely newly decorated rooms.

Positive makeover underway

Warm welcome and great help from the staff great price per night the building is old but everything was clean and as it should be restaraunt was like new and the breakfast was great with pleanty of choice. We are looking forward to returning

Lovely weekend

Moved to sandringham due to over booking at original hotel. Was not sure what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and comfy the staff were very helpful and the breakfast was brilliant. This hotel has gone to the top of my list in weston and will definitely stay again.

Excellent experience 

Very much enjoyed our  break at the hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good ( great full English), and the location couldn't be better. The staff were great and friendly too, and we'd be happy to return.

An enjoyable stay.

We had 20 customers to Sandringham hotel weston last year..they all complained  about there rooms and food but despite bad customer reviews.we rang yesterday to book more dates and were asked to speak to Ken or Stacey.. we actually  spoke to Ken who had a bad attitude and bad customer service and telephone manner and said he would get back intouch the same day with prices .with which we heard nothin.so we have booked a better hotel for our customers.and will never use this hotel again

The Sandringham was a mystery destination hotel and I was worried about it after reading some reviews.   But our stay was great.  The hotel is clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable .  The meals were very good and the staff were lovely, The entertainment was excellent. Really good value for money.
The two lifts were almost immediately available but as the hotel was  previously 3 or 4 houses there were a couple of steps in places so that might matter to the less mobile.
Warm, comfortable, clean hotel in a great location. Good food , entertainment and  lovely staff.  Can't think of anything negative and would choose the Sandringham every time.

Great Turkey and Tinsel break in lovely hotel

Came to this hotel with a different tour operator than we are used to. Upon arrival,  a lovely lady called Val helped my mother ( who is not good with stairs) from the coach and the step into the hotel. The food was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean. The entertainment was fab. Really had a great time.
