10/10 Weekend Stay

This is a great little hotel, clean and great service - fantastic location, we were at a wedding and decided to come down for a few nights, the service was excellent!, special shout out to Mark, Charlotte, Ruben , Sophie apologies if we left anyone out but they were all fabulous! Well done

Brief visit to Poole for a wedding

We stayed for two nights at the hotel, rooms were clean and had enough space for us , got supplied with fans in the room to help with the hot weather.. the staff couldn't do enough for us and very friendly.. the breakfast was amazing, I had eggs Benedict first morning and avicardo on toast with egg and bacon, it was really good, washed down with a double espresso :)   I would stay again.

Greeted by a lady on the door - very upbeat and positive - took us to our table explained the menu and asked if any dietary requirements! 

Sat outside in a nice sunny spot-  was just what we needed

Absolutely outstanding

Greeted at the door by our waiter who looked after our large party of 17 - a four family get together . The service was so smooth and friendly and it was just a really lovely experience today . The food was great too . Thank you

We had a lovely dinner - fresh delicious seafood, lovely cocktails. Very nice relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. Our server Alena was very knowledgeable, speedy and had a great disposition. We will certainly be coming back!

Lovely food & atmosphere

Just arrived in Poole, about 5pm starving! We have our small dog Ted with us who loves going to restaurants. Popped into Loch Fyne Poole.
Staff very welcoming, we sit in the bar area because we have the dog, which we don’t mind as it is a nice snug area. 
Tom our waiter, very friendly and talked us through the special of the day. 
I check out what was in the fresh fish cabinet, and saw oysters! My favourite.
We ordered them as a starter cooked, with the delicious toppings. I’ve got to say the best I’ve eaten, and at 95p each, wow. ( I wanted more) lol
For my main course I opted for the classic fish n chips, with mushy peas and tartare sauce. The fish was to die for, crispy beer batter with white beautiful flakey fish. 
My husband opted for the smoked haddock dish. Beautifully served, no need to order more sides with this dish, it comes with enough veg. Again fish beautifully cooked, resting on fluffy mash potatoes in a creamy sauce. 
Ted had his usual a sausage. It’s so lovely they will cook a sausage for the dog a real treat for him.
All food freshly cooked and piping hot by the chefs.
All the staff are very friendly, nothing to much trouble, Mark always got a lovely smile on his face.
We’re in Poole until the weekend, so will definitely be popping back in to Loch Fyne for another meal (more oysters)
Save your receipt, next visit 25% off, which is quite substantial especially if your eating with the family.

Best fish restaurant in Poole

We had a lovely family dinner here. The restaurant has a nice vibe inside. The kids had burgers which they loved (nearly as good as Byron Burger). The garlic bread was amazing! The rest was  the usual excellent Loch Fyne standard. Our waiter, Mark, was so friendly and really good with the kids. He really made our visit special so big thank you to him!

Excellent and family friendly

Lovely restaurant; superb food and friendly staff. Great variety of fresh food which is beautifully presented. We had a very enjoyable meal in a relaxed environment and would highly recommend Loch Fyne Restaurant in Poole.
