I am so reluctant to bring wider attention to Reeds Barn B&B but as a TA avid reviewer I just love writing about the different places that we visit. This is a very special place, from when you arrive you are treated like one of the family and made to feel so at home. We stayed in the Gardenia bedroom on the ground floor which looked out with doors opening to the the pool/garden area. The room/bathroom was very spacious with excellent decor, spotlessly clean and with cookies to enjoy with your tea/coffee. Breakfast was a treat, home baked bread and breakfast cooked to order with very relaxing background music. Finally a little about the host, Fiona you have got your place perfect in every way it was so enjoyable meeting and chatting to you and of course staying in such a wonderful relaxing place, hopefully it will not be too long before we can plan another stay with you, thank you. 

Relax at Reeds  

We spent a lovely long weekend at Reeds Barn. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom had a large bath and separate powerful shower.  Outside there was a heated pool and a beautifully kept garden. Plus lots of space to relax. The whole property was beautifully kept and decorated. Fiona the owner was great. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast was made to order and delicious  , especially the home baked bread. Can’t wait to go back.

Wonderful B&B

Fabulous place.  Very clean. Everything exceeded my expectations. Gorgeous room and facilities, Breakfast was first class. Location was great given that it rained and the wind blew all the time we still walked to the village and returned for a cup of tea in the sumptuous lounge. Sauna and hot tub available. We will be back.

Wet but beautiful

First trip to stay in Walsingham area and i have to admit it was one of the best b&b stays ive had. A beautiful family home within a barn conversion, so if you are looking for a quiet escape this place is perfect because you can hear a pin drop. The owner was so warming and down to earth and a pleasure to chat to and was happy to make every bit of our stay pleasant from start to finish. Our room was massive, clean and homely overlooking the garden. We also had use of the comfortable living room where we relaxed with a cup of tea and had cuddles with the owners dog. We did not use the pool, sauna or hot tub due to the weather and other plans but we will be sure to come back in the future and make use of them. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and filled us for the day. Thank you for a great stay, we have recommended to family and friends 

2 night break

This is a really lovely B&B. Great location. Run with love and attention by Fiona and family helpers. Highly recommend a three to seven day stay here. Wonderful breakfast, great swimming pool and superb gardens. Spend time on Holkham beach and at least one day chilling by the lovely pool. This is our second visit. Hope to bev back soon.

We always book hotels but after this experience B&Bs are definitely on our list, as long as they can measure up to what Reeds Barn offers
We went to enjoy the Christmas show at Thursford which we did, however the highlight of this Trip was definitely our one night stay.
We are already planning another visit with friends.
Not to be missed and huge thanks to Fiona for her wonderful welcome and chats

Amazed at the attention to detail and the highest quality

Just had the most relaxing stay here with my brother, sister and parents.  We had all made the journey from Scotland to see my nephew appear in the Thursford Christmas Spectacular.  After the very long drive we were met with the most lovely welcome from our host Fiona.
Her home is absolutely stunning, so tastefully decorated with no expense spared.
We had a relaxing couple of hours while listening to my brother play the lovely grand piano before heading to the show.
The next morning we had a delicious breakfast with so much choice. Scrambled eggs and smoke salmon and a full English were our orders after a choice of fruit, yogurt and cereals, we even had warm home made bread.. .  Absolutely delicious.
Unfortunately we didn't have the time to make use of the sauna, hottub or pool as we had a long drive home but we will 100% be back to spend a bit longer.

A little peace of Heaven

Just got back from our second visit to reeds barn, another fantastic stay.  Fiona yet again made us and our dogs very welcome.  My husband particularly liked the new hot tub and heated outdoor pool.  The breakfasts are amazing, particularly the home made granola and fresh berries from the garden, alongside the full English, although you could have almost anything you wanted, nothing is too much trouble.  So excited for our return next year.  Well done Fiona, keep up the good work, see you soon!

Another fantastic stay!

5th visit to Reeds stayed in Gardenia overlooking the pool and the gardens.  Fantastic weather so made full use of the pool and the newly installed hot tub.  Amazing new features being introduced to enhance the guest hospitality.  Can’t wait i to go back and see how it all looks when completed.  Have to wait I until November as this is the next time i can get two rooms together.  I took my man for the first time and he fell in love with the place as much as me.  Ideal location we visited the Shrine of our lady and then enjoyed drinks outside The Bull in the village.  The Black Lion Hotel was great for evening food and we love being near wells next the sea our favourite north Norfolk destination.  Went on Temple seal trip from Morston Quay on the way home and sailed out to the island for a lovely hour long walk before rejoining the boat back from the seals.  I cannot recommend Reeds enough Fiona works so hard to give her guests a premium experience and nothing is too much trouble.  Always a joy to spend time at this destination.

Amazing relaxed weekend at Reeds Barn

Just came back from two nights at Reeds Barn, what a fabulous find. If what you are looking for is peace and quiet, luxurious accommodation and fabulous facilities, this is the place to be. Priced higher than most B&Bs the minute you step through the door you know why, it’s so worth it. The gardens were lovely to sit in, especially whilst having a complementary pot of tea and cake which was great. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful. Not often you get these with a B&B. Fiona our host and owner is very much part of the charm. She could not have been more welcoming or helpful during our stay. If the plans she has for the place come off this will make the place even more of a quiet relaxing spa destination. We were looking for a place to escape to not too far from where we live and we have definitely found it. Did I mention breakfast - wonderful choice, all freshly made, best eggs I have ever eaten! We will be back.
