Great location to get on the motorway quickly in the morning and plenty of parking. The restaurant next door serves good value for money food and service is great. Go for the trio of pies meal, it tastes great


One night only

We stayed with family for one night. We have been to many Premier inn hotels, but we probably liked this one the best. The service was at the highest level, the cleanliness of the rooms, the location, peace and quiet, good restaurant. Definitely good value for money.

Good hotel at a good price

Really enjoyed my recent stay in this hotel. All staff friendly in the hotel and restaurant. Shower pressure could be a little bit better but it didnt spoil my stay. Room very clean and comfortable. A++++

Great Hotel!!!

Never make reviews but there was a helpful card in the room on how to and I just wanted to share my experience; really enjoyed the stay, was convenient and the kids loved the elf hide and seek. Thank you premier inn staff you were great! Didn’t get to try the restaurant next door but I think we will definitely be back! The kids loved it and was so close to gullivers where we went.

Great stay! Cant fault it

Disappointed, accessibility was misconstrued, accessibility is defined as accessible for all, yet they gave me an accessible room with a low bath for a 94 year old who walks with a frame. Therefore inaccessible. 

Moved for  last three days , however as booked in early Oct, they should have got it right. Unhelpful on phone as insisted that handles and a low bath was accessible, wouldn't accept not accessible to all, or that having been told about a 94 year old walking with a frame would mean they needed a wet room. Not a low bath

Disappointed accessibility rubbish 

Went away for a midweek break. Easy to locate and local amenities were fantastic swimming,  gym, Costa,  ten pin bowling.  We took advantage of the in House restaurant.  All the staff were the most friendly and polite set of people I've ever met within the hospitality industry.  Dave and his team couldn't do enough.  Highly recommended.

Absolutely a great place to stay.
Staff very friendly and rooms very clean.
Food offers are great. Food was faultless. Breakfast was very well organised. Very relaxing stay while we visited gulliver's world.

Nice and quiet hotel, new bathroom! WiFi was ok but that was ultimate. Nice and warm

Over night stop

We often stay at this Premier Inn to visit family and it’s consistently good. Clean rooms, quiet environment and comfortable bed. The restaurant is also good and the breakfast sets us up for the day. In the words of Arnie “I’ll be back”

Always a restful stay

Warm, dark, clean and comfy bed. Super quiet rooms finally got some proper sleep! Highly recommend.

Trip advisor is saying I need to write 200 characters minimum but there's not much else to say. The room was in good condition and did everything it needed I'd definitely recommend it.
