We stayed two nights at the beginning of october. The room on the groundfloor next to the entrance was big and comfortabel, the bathroom is a bit small, but okay. The beds were comfortable and everthing was celan. it was abit cold in the rooms an even though we turn on the heating to a maximum it stayed a bit freshly.
The young people who are running the bed and breakfast cared for the tidy rooms. The choice fo the breakfast is traditional, like other bed and breakfast. It was fresh cooked and tasted great. 
They don`t have a car park. The cars stayed on the side of the street. next to the bed and breakfast is a good restaurant for dinner and lunch. 
We enjoyed the stay on the quiet countryside.

Stayed with friends to explore the surrounding area. B & B is in a great location and the hosts were welcoming and accommodating helping us out with a delicious early breakfast one of the days. Had a thoroughly great time here.

Great stay!

First of all the building looks unoccupied and the signage is next to the bins stating “Affordable Luxury “ had it not been for the pub opposite I would of not noticed it.!
The Managers were out the back sat on seats , Kallum was clearly smoking something illegal as it stunk. Not a good start..!
A stupid key system with a code sent via a text that didn’t work caused me to find them out the back.
The rooms are great, clean tidy but again not really welcoming.
The pub opposite thankfully faired a lot better, great food, lovely cask ales. Nice welcome.
The breakfast I opted for an eggless breakfast as I used to have a B&B and it’s definitely ILLEGAL to use eggs from chicken on the premises for paying customers..!!!
It’s ok for a 3 room premises but a 5 room one it is not..
So I’m a nutshell, if you want a high risk food for breakfast cooked by someone who is high then stop here..!!!

Lovely place to stay, excellent hosts.  All things catered for in your room and beautiful breakfast, including eggs from the hosts chickens.  Great location for exploring Snowdonia and surrounding areas.

Lovely Place

Beautiful little B&B in a small village. Has all the necessities: towels, kettle, TV, toiletries, tea, sugar etc. It's only an 8 minute drive from the sea so it's in an ideal place. We stayed as we were climbing Snowdon the next day. It's a 10 minute drive away from the mountain so its very close. It allowed us to have breakfast at 8:00am then set off to climb! The bed was so comfy and I slept like a baby. The breakfast was spot on. However, my only critiscm would be the bacon was slightly overdone and you only got one sausage, one bacon and one hash brown. I could have definitely eaten two of each. The other table of 8 people were also offered more toast and we didn't get offered this. Overall it's a gorgeous little B&B and I will definitely be visiting again in the future. I recommend this B&B. Definitely deserves a 5 star rating!

Loved it

We have just got back from a one night stay as a party of 4 (2 couples). We all enjoyed our stay and the location as we had spent the day at Zip world having a great time. The rooms were nice and spacious and we had everything we needed. The breakfast which you preordered was fantastic and just the right amount of food to set us on our way! We got a taxi into Bangor, ate there and had a few drinks then came back to the pub across the road which was lovely. All in all, a great stay, thank you! 

Lovely stay 

We have just returned from this lovely B&B this evening. Just five minutes from Bangor. Excellent for traveling into Anglesey. Rooms are immaculate. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Kelly was very knowledgable and helpful. Will definitely return when next I’m that area. Keep up the great work!!! X

Visiting friends and checking out the area 

Stayed with my adult daughter who was doing the nearby Zip Wire the next day. Warm welcome from the owners. The room was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was superb, local produce, freshly cooked. There is a really nice pub opposite that serves good food. Will definitely stay here again when we visit North Wales. 

Great Place to stay

Kelly was extremely helpful as it was my other half’s 60th B’day so I sent her some banners and she kindly put one across the bedroom door, internal door and on headboard so husband was rather surprised. Kallum makes the most amazing scrambled eggs (using fresh eggs from their hens). Breakfast sure kept us going for the day. Overall a very pleasant couple of days in a lovely little B&B. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend it, location was perfect for sightseeing and doing Zip world. Thanks again guys.
