Such a warm and friendly welcome. Ruth is lovely and though we were only there for one night, she made our stay perfect.
We stayed in a twin room which was very comfortable with tea, coffee and bottled water.
As veggies we had perfectly cooked veggie sausages as part of a delicious breakfast. Fresh coffee and a great selection of fresh fruit and cereals.
Overall, a super stay and a great find. Thankyou Ruth!

A warm, friendly and cosy stay.

My wife and I stayed here for one night on a Saturday night having been to the National Trust site at Baddesley Clinton. The host, Ruth, was very welcoming and the room was very clean and tidy and the bed was comfy too. On booking the room on the phone Ruth offered advice on places within walking distance which was helpful. There is a pub 10 minutes walk away and Miller and Carter 15 a minute walk away. Breakfast was plentiful with a choice of fruit, yoghurt, cereal and full English. Overall a lovely stay, good value for money and an extremely welcoming and helpful host.     

Great place

I stayed here overnight for a business trip and I was pleasantly surprised at how good my stay was. Having stayed in many, much more costly, hotels around the NEC I didn't expect Rose Cottage to be on the same level .... but if I'm honest it bettered most of those hotels. My ensuite room was spotless and aswell as having a well stocked tea and coffee tray, complimentary bathroom products and a selection of snacks it was spacious and well kept .... and the breakfast was fantastic.

A little hidden Gem

This is the 2nd time I've stayed here and as per the 1st time, it was excellent.  I had a single room which was warm and cosy with plenty of refreshments (tea, coffee, biscuits and a chocolate!).

The WiFi was perfect too.  Breakfast was good quality and plenty of it.

The host, Ruth, was very warm and friendly and provided useful local information.  

This will be my first choice when I'm visiting this area from now on.

Lovely family run B&B

What a wondeful place to stay. Beds were very comfy, rooms very warm and cosy. Stayed in the annex rooms which are twin rooms on the ground opposite main house. Short walk from a lovely village with plenty to do. Ruth the owner is an amazing and friendly lady who greeted me as I arrived on site. Breakfast was fantastic and has plenty to offer. One of the best B&Bs ive ever stayed at. Will deffo use it again when in the area.

Amazing Host and B&B

Just had the one night stay here while on business. Nice location within walking distance to other amenities. 

Twin room was very warm and very comfortable, very plentiful with tea/coffee.

Ruth the host was very warm and welcoming and nothing was an issue. Would highly recommend to stay here and will do again if we are in the area.

Breakfast, plenty of choice, fried breakfast was delicious, other choices available, cereal/yoghurts and fresh filtered coffee and juice.

Great B&B

Warm welcome from Ruth and a lovely room albeit a bit noisy from the traffic. Scrupulously clean with fresh towels daily and comfy bed. Superb breakfast cooked to perfection and plenty of choice of juices, cereals, etc. Would highly recommend.

Lovely little b&b

Such a lovely welcoming ,clean and very friendly place to stay , plenty of free parking,  bright well furnished rooms , Ruth does a wonderful breakfast , cant fault our stay , cant wait to return , would highly recommend.

We stay with Ruth several times a year and we are always given a warm welcome. all the rooms are very comfortable and clean. in the morning Ruth provides a delicious breakfast with plenty of tea and coffee. i would recommend Rose Cottage to anyone, its a great place to stay
