Decided to stay here as they allow dogs. The hotel was immaculate - I didn't expect this from a dog friendly hotel. Rooms were lovely. There is a car park, lounge, and lawn for guests to use. Short walk into town, Would definitely return.

Stayed for one night and found hosts very friendly and helpful. Nice room (1) and a very nicely cooked breakfast which was well presented. Dining room well set out and also has a separate residents lounge.

I had not been back to Ross since January but decided to make special trip to see friends as well as on business. I normally stay at Sunnymount and have always been very pleased in the past so I was delighted to be able to book a couple of nights here. I was not disappointed - a friendly welcome awaited me and the spotlessly clean rooms and delicious breakfast were as good as ever. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

lovey and clean, great service and food. the bath might be an old cast iron coloured one but that added to it for us. the centre was a short walk but that meant a nice quiet sleep. it had free on site and secure parking too

Regular visitor to Ross on Wye

a good old fashioned bed and breakfast

I am a tour operator that booked on behalf of my customer who was coming from Australia. Due to the COVID19 crisis, she, unfortunately, needed to postpone her trip. 
After contacting the B&B four times by email (with no response) to request to move the booking or cancel it, we called. 

Not only the person on the phone was very rude, but they also hang up the phone on me even before I finished explaining the situation. 

I paid the deposit in goodwill that covered  50% for the total stay, and not only they took from my card without my permission the full amount but also an extra £5. 

The person does not answer the phone anymore. My advice from a Tourism Expert is to AVOID this accommodation.

AVOID THIS  B&B  Terrible customer service and I have been over charged

I telephoned the hotel the evening of my booking and apologised profusely that I had to cancel because of an emergency at home.The person I spoke to was very off (what was the point? they were going to charge me anyway). I would never book there again.
