Very kind and welcoming owners. Accommodation was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Chaz and Kelly were very helpful, suggesting , sightseeing and places to eat.

Although we only stayed for two nights it was a memorable stay and everything was great.  You couldn't wish to meet better hosts.  Chaz and Kelly are already considered as friends.  Our room was fantastic and had everything we needed.  Parking was easy and everything we needed was in walking distance.

Fantastic short break

1st time at this lovely family run guest house . We arrived and was met by Kelly the owner who showed us too our accommodation and giving us all the information you need.Excellent value and very comfortable and only 2 minutes from the beach and shops.our room had everything we needed right size towels ,tea coffee facilities nice size tv walk in shower and hair dryer.Also had two wine glasses left in our room as we had brought a bottle of wine on our first night .And a plus there was also parking.
This was a great find in the heart of Paignton will definitely return and recommend it too friends thank you Kelly and chazs

Had a peaceful/relaxing short break to clear my mind

We have stayed here a few times now, and we have booked again to return soon. Chas and Kelly are lovely friendly people who make you feel instantly welcome. Lovely rooms with a small fridge, tea/coffee, Wi-Fi, en-suites etc. Perfect location and free parking. After meeting Chas and Kelly, we won’t go anywhere else now. 5 stars 

Perfect B&B

Lovely B&B in a great position, added bonus of on site parking, clean and well equipped bedrooms, breakfast basket is excellent and great start to the day, very nice and helpful hosts, if I return to the area would use again with out a doubt

We arrived around lunchtime Friday on arrival met Chaz and Kelly The proprietors . The welcome was warm and friendly.  We stayed in a twin room which was lovely . The room had tea and coffee.  The en-suite was tidy . Shower was nice and hot . Had a breakfast hamper on the Saturday which was lovely and plenty of it and a good mixture of cereal and fruit and a choice of a hot sausage roll or a bacon roll . Situated 2 minutes walk from beachfront and 5 minutes from town . We have decided to have a return stay next year as we both enjoyed it do much . For everything we give it a 10 out of 10 . Also parking available on site. Thanks for a lovely stay Carl and Amanda
