Premier inn has a standard of accommodation that remains consistent wherever you stay and this hotel was true to form. Room and facilities just as expected, clean and comfortable, and all of the staff were Friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying in this hotel the next time we are here to visit the Oswestry Orthopaedic hospital.

Comfortable stay

I booked a Premier Inn as needed a good night's sleep before a sports event the next day.  It delivered on the sleep and much more.  We were surprised by the quality and value of the food both for the evening meal and at breakfast and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Surprisingly good

Another stay here, and as always, the staff were great - very helpful and very friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet, despite the hotel being sited on the edge of an industrial estate by a busy road junction. I was happy to have an opening window, even if I hardly used it due to the weather!

The front of the hotel looks a bit tired, and my bathroom did also, specifically the bath (small chip in the enamel, yellowed anti-slip area in the base) but everything was very clean and tidy.

I was initially perplexed by seeing random "5" stickers about the hotel, until I realised that it was presumably an attempt to "persuade" people to give a five star review - this was confirmed by checking with the staff.
A note for the manager: You get good reviews by having a good hotel with good staff, which fortunately yours is.

Excellent staff in a comfortable but somewhat tired building

Great easy location,  friendly helpful staff as always,, lovely clean rooms usual comfy beds 👌👍there are some other useful amenities very close by, the restaurant next door is super, there's a KFC,and Starbucks a minute away, and a garage with a local Asda incorporated,  a subway within the garage, and a burger King adjacent,  so this Premier Inn has you covered all round 👍

Super well located hotel 🏨 

Clean, tidy and comfortable. Room a little tired but still more than acceptable. Lovely nights sleep. Only issue is the pillows are too thick, otherwise we had a relaxing stay. Had a meal in the restaurant, very good. 

Enjoyable stay

Excllant room/good food/excellant staff who were kind and considerate. Suited our needs as a base to visit friends.
This was our first vist to a Premier Inn and we were not disappointed and will certainly stay here again .

Excellant first visit

Had trouble checking in but I would like 
to thank Caroline and Dan for sorting me out so efficiently. I didn’t tell them but I suffer from anxiety and struggle when things don’t go to plan but they managed the situation so well I didn’t feel any stress they both couldn’t have been more helpful tonight. 

Staff to remember

Our stays at Premier Inn are always good. Oswestry was no exception. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness, couldn’t fault it at all and facilities were good. There were only a few things we would like to see different in all PI’s. Mini fridge in all rooms. A few biscuits with the tea and coffee. For 9.99 the cooked breakfast was poor quality and is advertised as unlimited but they come to the table and ask what you would like and feel a little uncomfortable asking for seconds. Overall a great break. 

You know what you’re getting

Two old friends were coming to the area and wanted to meet up for an overnight stay. So I decided
on the most convenient location for all six of us. A Premier Inn was booked and it more than exceeded
all of our expectations and we would certainly stay again if we decide to meet up again in the future.

Meeting with friends

I had to visit my sister in Llanfyllin, in mid-wales, and this hotel is right on the border so good location, I stayed at the travelodge last time but premier inn was cheaper. Found the price reasonable and was happy with the room. All seemed clean and the staff were helpful. Will stay here again when next in area.
