If you want to stay in an authentic farmhouse with friendly, attentive, and hospitable hosts, you'll love Week Farm. The bedroom I stayed in was spotlessly clean, and the bed was really comfortable. The lounge is very welcoming, with traditional Devon farmhouse decoration, and is an ideal place to relax and unwind. The full English Breakfast was excellent, and the owners really helpful in making my stay really enjoyable.

Lovely Traditional Devon Farmhouse

This farm is off the beaten path, which is great - the roads getting to the farm are narrow but we got used to it pretty quickly. The cottage we were in was for 4 people and it was nice and cozy. The hosts are a lovely couple and Margaret had laid a creame team on arrival - which was much appreciated, the scones were nice - so were the tea bags and a small jug of milk she left for us thoughtfully. The beds were comfortable and after a day out and about it was not difficult to get a good nights sleep. The grounds with 3 lakes are good for a nice evening stroll if the weather is decent. Its located on the edge of Dartmoor, if you are headed that way. The rooms could benefit from a makeover, however it was value for money. We had a pleasant and enjoyable stay overall - make sure you get to the granite way if you enjoy cycling.

Lovely and cozy farmhouse with character

Owners are pleasant, price is reasonable, 4 nights 4 adults 2 children for just under £400. But about 40 years out of date, kitchen also well worn etc. Has fishing lakes but look really murky. Out date tv's in rooms with no remotes or free view boxes so a waste of time. Has WiFi so that's a plus but very glitchy and only 5mbs shared between at least 3 holiday homes. Bairly enough parking.

Slight below standard

We stayed with our teenage children for 4 nights and we fell in love with the place! There was a cream tea on arrival, with scones still warm from the oven. The kitchen was fully equipped and any queries were dealt with immediately. There were 3 well stocked fishing lakes which the kids used every day. There is a pub about half an hour's walk away which sells great beer and food. We'll definitely be back!

A home from home

We could not have wished for a friendlier welcome. The farm is situated on the edge of Dartmoor and close to the A30 for ease of travel further afield (Royal Cornwall Showground about 60 minutes away).  
We stayed in one of the cottages and were delighted to find a welcome cream tea and a beautifully appointed rooms. The kitchen had a full size cooker, a microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Plenty of comfortable chairs to relax in and an fenced outdoor area with a picnic table  and garden chairs for al fresco dining.  There is a large bathroom with shower and bath.  The beds are very comfortable. All this and well stocked coarse fishing lakes a couple of hundred yards from the door.
