We’re a large group who get together annually so have rented several properties this size. Overcliff is without doubt the most spacious & best equipped of them all. We didn’t run out of glasses or mugs all weekend & had plenty of space and crockery for a full roast dinner. High quality decor and fittings throughout. Entertainment for everyone with pool table, hot tub, wii, etc. Plenty of parking too. We bring our own music box so didn’t use theirs, but plenty of room to dance if required! Unbeatable for a large gathering. Friendly, efficient booking service. Be prepared for a long journey to get there though...

The best place we’ve ever rented!

The house was faultless, our party of 12 (4x Couples and 4x singles) was easily accommodated with rooms to spare, we never felt we lacked space or were on top of each other.

The house lived up to its advertised description and was spotless upon our arrival, we have nothing adverse to say about Overcilff Lodge, would recommend to anybody.

Have just returned from this fabulous house, it was spotlessly clean and catered for all our needs, the bedrooms were so comfortable and everyone had there own bathroom. This house is just perfect for a large party and is only a few minutes from the beautiful beach and a short  walk  to the village. Highly recommend and hope to return next year.

Large group of 15

Due to Covid restrictions and a huge family gathering elsewhere being cancelled we decided to stay at Overcliff lodge for the weekend taking my parents away with my kids and our dog .. we found the house extremely clean and tidy beds were very comfy amenities superb and found the house itself very calming and therapeutic within itself.
Just a small walk to the wonderful beach in Mundesley out the food was lush in the ship where we enjoyed Sunday dinner . Victoria at Overcliff was very accommodating and highly recommend this property

Weekend break with my family and parents

Excellent stay, this beautiful house accommodated all our family requirements from the ages of 9 to 83.  The house was immaculately clean and we all felt that every possible effort was made by Victoria and her team to keep us all safe during the Covid pandemic. Ideally located just a short walk from the beach and all other amenities with Tesco's across the road made things so easy for all of us. 
We have booked again for next year as soon as we returned home. 
The kitchens and utility room were well equipped with everything you would have at home and the bedrooms were comfortable, each having its own en-suite bathroom offering privacy for our large party.

Fantastic stay, family of 15 stay safe during the Covid Pandemic at Overcliffe Lodge

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was so nice to have a lovely home to stay in altogether after having been quarantined for so long.  The walks, the beach, the shops
and such a wonderful kitchen (2) made it such a lovely experience for us, not forgetting the hot tub.

Such good value

We hired this house for a week across October 2019, for a 40th birthday party and a friend's get-together. It was absolutely perfect - every bedroom is well kept, comfortable and warm, the en-suite showers (and cool bath with jets in one room) are fantastic, and the little details like fluffy towels, toiletries and hairdriers are amazing. All the bedrooms have their own key and front door key and are firedoors, so shut out all noise - in fact, it is so peaceful at night and the mattresses are so comfy everyone slept better than at home! (and some of our friends took the mattreess details!).  The dining table is perfect for large dinners, and its proximity to the kitchen (and all the amazing facilties in the kitchen) made eating together every evening really fun and really easy (thank you dishwasher!). Victoria herself is just about the nicest person we have ever met - she was so kind and helpful if we needed anything, and just lovely to interact with.

Mundesley itself is also lovely - the 5 min walk to the long, long, wild beach is fab, and the Ship Inn and fish n chip shop made eating out/take away really easy. There was a craft sale and then a second hand sale at the town hall which was fun. We got to Cromer, Sherimgham and the lovely Holt really easily by car. Basically, the week was too short, the house was amazing, and everything was perfect.

Amazing house for a family and friends holiday!

We stayed at Overcliff lodge with a family of 12 and 1 dog as a surprise 60th birthday treat for my Mum. The house is perfect, it's very well equipt and has everything you need. All rooms are ensuite which was an added bonus. Victoria's communication leading up to our stay was great, providing us with all the essential information about the house and local areas. The house was spotlessly clean. We will be staying again in the near future. Thanks

A wonderful house for family celebrations

We have stayed at Overcliff several times and every time it is amazing, stunning inside and the breakfast is amazing!! The owners are so accommodating I would recommend this to anyone, the best B&B’s I have ever stayed at

Many visits here

This was a very well equipped and clean house. Victoria made us feel very welcome and would always be available if there was a problem.The decor was great and the bedrooms were all en-suite with toiletries provided. A large open plan dining area was good plus a separate lounge. We was a group of 11 adults with 2 young children celebrating a birthday and couldn’t have wished for a better place. Would thoroughly recommend.
