Room above mine was very noisy and woke me from my sleep, couldn't get back to sleep after I had been woken.  I had a flight check in at 03.50 and needed a good sleep but didn't get much at all consequently I was tired for most of the following day

Wanted a good nights sleep

Their early check in policy is bizzare. On two separate occasions have tried to check in early. On their early check in policy it states early check in is £10 and from 11am subject to availability. On the first occasion we had arrived at 9am and requested early check in and were charged £10 only for the room not to be ready until 1pm. On the second occasion we waited from 12pm and declined to pay the early check in fee when offered at 2.10pm. Would be happy to pay this to get access to the room 4 hours earlier but 50 minutes earlier seems extreme.

Usually very happy with customer service here but recently has gone downhill and will try travel lodge next time

Gone downhill

The hotel is very handy for Liverpool airport and at a reasonable price. The front desk was very helpful, the restaurant was pretty good and the room was nicely laid out and comfortable - however very cold and the heating mechanism was very unresponsive for a long time.

Handy for airport but room cold

Our stay at the Premier Inn John Lennon Airport Liverpool was top notch. Comfort of the beds was next to none, the hot breakfast was of excellent quality and taste and transport links were perfect to get in and out of Liverpool City, namely the public bus system, and not to mention a 10 minute walk to the airport itself. Very friendly and helpful staff too. Only regret was not trying out the evening dinner menu as we had prior plans. Cannot recommend this hotel enough! 

Amazing comfort, and excellent transport links

The service and care from all the Premier Inn staff here were simply amazing. The reception team were curtious, more than helpful, understanding and respectful to all my requests to attend to my adventurous 89-year-old mum who came to stay before and after her trip abroad. With a delayed flight and her arriving in the early hours of the morning they kept me updated and even called me at 2am (French time) to let me know she had arrived at the hotel safely. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. They were marvelous, and my mum will be returning again. I can't thank them enough.

FIVE-STAR HOSPITALITY

My first but not last time at a Premier Inn. Thinking about their adverts, they are simply spot on. A comfy bed, good food and excellent value for money. In this case superbly located for access to the airport which is literally 10 minutes walk away. I would definitely return. 

“Does what it says on the tin”

Usually we live premier Inn, but this was awful. All 3 beds were uncomfortable, squeaky. It was very noisy all night. An alarm went off in middle of night which upset the kids. Also annoying to pay for parking... and machine wouldn't work so had to download an app. 

Awful beds, very noisy

We visited the city for 3 days and was amazed by clean rooms and  friendly team. Breakfast was good every day and our room was made when we asked on reception. Kids were welcomed with colouring and treats. We will return for sure.

Holiday trip

Very friendly , efficient staff , great dinner menu , room comfortable, very clean , well lit and sound insulated - particularly as airport is nearby . Secure parking. 10 minutes walk to Liverpool Airport

Excellent location for airport

It was a typical Premier Inn. Did mot expect to pay for parking for 24 hours as was a resident. Aparently the parking fee is on the Web site but not prevalent so bookers beware. Also room temperature was very cold. If staying in this area again will not be staying at this Premier Inn again.
