We had a week away to Hunstanton and stayed here, well it was perfect. 

The location was great, just a few minutes walk to the beach, shops and local attractions. It also has its own parking facilities.

We were welcomed by the friendly owners into a lovely clean and modern property. The bedroom was beautiful with tea/coffee facilities, hairdryer and small touches such  a chocolate on the bed on arrival. The little things made all the difference. 

Breakfast was a selection of cereals, fresh fruits, yoghurt, toast and a traditional full English breakfast that was cooked to perfection which started the day well and couldn’t be faulted. 

We would fully recommend anyone to stay here, and we don’t doubt that we’ll be visiting again soon. 

A fantastic stay

Wonderful clean and very friendly guest house. Came 4 years running before covid it has since had new owners but standards are still high and would definitely recommend to everyone. Free car parking. Very central for everything, 2 minutes from the seafront.

Lovely relaxing holiday 

Booked a short stay with my Mum. Stayed in the Phoebe Apartment which was really clean and spacious. Nicely decorated and had all you need. For the price we paid it would have been nice to have at least one spare loo roll (arrived to find one that was already started, just managed to eek it out without having to buy anymore which really shouldn't have been the case), and a spare kitchen roll (this was almost finished when we got there), seemed a bit tight to us. Mattress was very squidgy and towels smelt a bit fusty, maybe hadn't dried properly before being put away?  Lots of little notices everywhere which made us feel a bit on edge about doing something wrong. Also, being told to strip the bed before leaving, this really shouldn't be a guest's job to do. Apart from those minor things I would still recommend this place to others. Central location which was surprisingly quiet and you could see the sea from the living room window.

Lovely and clean, great location and free parking

Chose this guest house in exchange for an activity voucher that was gifted to me. Couldn't have found a better place to stay.  Lovely room with a sea view and immaculately clean throughout. Extensive breakfast menu cooked perfectly. A real gem in a quiet area with parking on site.

Gem of a B&B

Excellent one night stay in room 6. We arrived early and Nicola allowed us to check in slightly earlier. Instantly felt very welcomed. Room was on the top floor, was absolutely gorgeous and clean. Everything was immaculate and we even had a sneaky sea view.  Breakfast was beautiful and catered for everyone. Both Nicola and Richard were fantastic and friendly hosts and we were not disappointed. By far one of the best places we have stayed. We will definitely be returning in the future. 

5 minute walk from high Street and sea front. 

Excellent Stay

We were welcomed by our lovely host Richard and shown to a good sized room. I liked the comfy bed and linen, the large fluffy bath towels. It was nice to have room for two chairs in the room so you were not perched on the bed. It was a warm and immaculately clean room with nice decor. The breakfast was very tasty  with a good choice, cooked to perfection.

Great B&B in centre of Hunstanton

We had a lovely couple of days staying in room 2 visiting Hunstanton. From the beginning the communication with the owners was excellent and check in was easy and effortless. Our room was spacious and we had a lovely view of the sea. Although we were situated close to Hunstanton centre, which was also a bonus, our room was very quiet and we heard very little traffic and  subsequently had two very peaceful night's sleep. Both mornings that we went down for breakfast we were greeted warmly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious and it was nice to be able to ask for something else other than a full English however the full English was perfect and set us up for the rest of the day. The next time we come back to visit Hunstanton we will definitely revisit Ellinbrook House 

Lovely B & B in Hunstanton 

Stayed for 1 night in December. Warm welcome upon arrival and surprise upgrade! Room was spacious and en suite was amazing! Lovely breakfast the next morning - choice of full English or other hot options including porridge and fruit. Would definitely recommend if in the area!

Brilliant stay!

Absolutely lovely B&B. The room was clean and comfy with a detailed information book, huge fluffy towels, nice toiletries and tea, coffee & biscuits. They also have a fridge in the breakfast room where you can get fresh milk or put your own items in. The breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of choice for us. Richard and Nicola were friendly, and really helpful. I accidently broke the blind in the bathroom and was put at ease about it and it was fixed by the time we returned to our room. It's in a great location and we would definitely recommend it! We would like to return and use it as a base to explore a bit more of Norfolk.

This was our first stay but we will definitely return in the future.  We were warmly welcomed and shown to a lovely room which was very comfortable and spotlessly clean.  Breakfast was very good.  Location is ideal, very close to the seafront and private parking.
