I visited this guest house on my own as I was attending a yoga convention. 
I enjoyed the experience as the guest house was very close to the convention centre and the town centre.
The owner Stuart was very pleasant and accommodating.
The room was very clean and very quiet.

Home from home

Lovely stay. Very accommodating. Great breakfast. Fabulous location. 5-10 minutes to the centre. Was comfy. I had parking. Harrogate a lovely place to visit. Very central to a lot of things to do. The staff were so nice. Would definitely stay again.

Great accommodation.

Stayed for 3 nights with my partner. On arrival there was a couple of parking spaces at the back of the premises with additional permit parking nearby at the front. 

We were allowed to check in earlier than stated which was convenient. The owner greeted us and was helpful and friendly throughout our stay, without being intrusive. 

The room was basic but clean and comfortable and a good location within easy reach of the town centre. 

We were provided with what we requested for breakfast, with various options available. 

Would recommend this as a good place to stay for anyone wanting an inexpensive but clean room in a good location.

No frills B&B, clean and comfortable

Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is within 10 minutes walk from the town centre and everything is in easy reach. The host Stuart was very welcoming. The room was clean and tidy and the shower great. Breakfast very good. Would recommend for the price

Great location. Good host

Place was nice. Nothing to fancy about the interior of this place but the room was nice enough and very clean. Breakfast was very average, good if you like full English style food. Very close to central of Harrogate so easy to get around. Good parking.

Dated interior but clean and close to central

Stayed in the blue room for two nights. Large comfy bed. Décor a bit dated but clean.
As owner could not be present on arrival keys were left in key safe at the door and code provided.
Breakfast was very good especially the bacon, freshly prepared by Stewart the owner.
Couple of minor issues with a very stiff shower control (set very hot) and a chipped tumbler (replaced).
Hotel very convenient for town centre with plenty of restaurants in the area. Free on road parking around the corner was under trees and the car ended up covered in resin and bird droppings.

Anniversary visit

Me and my partner stayed in the blue room last weekend and it was such a wonderfull stay yes it might be a little dated but a big comfy bed and a good breakfast and nothing to much trouble we enjoyed our stay and we would return many thanks jim and pam

Brilliant stay

Nice and clean. Our room was spacious and clean. The whole building is well presented. 

Friendly & helpful staff that are very knowledgable about the area and events.

Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food and drinks.

Situated very close to town with only a short walk into the heart of Harrogate.

We enjoyed our stay so much we would certainly stay here again.

A Pleasant Place to Stay

This B&B is well located for the conference centre and only a short walk into town. While the decor was dated, the room was comfortable, warm and had a kettle, hairdryer and ensuite. Options for breakfast were cereal, yoghurt, fruit, and a cooked breakfast made to order. Coffee was served in a cafetiere and was pretty decent. It was good value for the location and price.

Comfortable stay

This B & B felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was very smart with a very comfortable  king size bed. It is only a 10 min walk into the centre of Harrogate with plenty of places to eat and drink. The full English breakfast was freshly prepared and quite good, with plenty of tea and toast.
