Last minute booked, few days before.
Booked for 1 night and found the Apartment and a great price. Wasn’t expecting too much for the price and we were very pleasantly surprised. Was given entry code by text when we got there. Apartment situated down a few steps under Hotel. 
Lovely large living area with open planned kitchen. Bedroom was very welcoming and decorated nicely with Tv on wall, dressing table modern side table lamps. 
Shower is situated in Bedroom.

Only negative I could give really was that there was no heating, couldn’t find anywhere to turn it in and by the time we got in in the being was a bit late to be contacting about it, but with that said the Duvets where very warm and were very cozy, so didn’t get cold at all through the night. 
My son Slept in the living room and had a choice of Sofa bed or 2 of the Z beds available which he went for the later and was very comfortable & warm and had a good sleep! 

Hotel is in perfect location for everything, literally step out the door and rule left and the pier is there. Free parking situated outside. 

We would definitely stay again and as pet friendly would bring our pup with us next time. 

Great Location, Good accommodation! 

Friendly and helpful staff, however the room smelt severely of sewage every 20 minutes from the sink, had to block the sink with the towels provided however in the morning woke up and they were soaking and stank too… doors and rooms were falling apart, it’s meant to be Victorian however I’m unsure if it’s meant to be almost crumbling. 
Walls very thin so could hear the next rooms conversations, good location, just the smell was awful. Friends stayed in the room above and it smelt severely of cigarette smoke. 

The staff were lovely, and they were very helpful, can’t complain too much as we didn’t pay much! 

Very cheap but you get what you pay for, no options for breakfast and shared bathrooms if you don’t pay extra, the showering facilities were fine, just felt like we all stank when we left.

Also bit of a strange one… TV randomly turned on at 6am…😆 

Lovely staff but terrible stench

Originally staying with ex in-laws on broadsands caravan site. Came here to get away from them last minute me and my 4 year old daughter and 16 week old puppy. Didn’t arrive u til 10pm. Called number on the door was given codes to get in within seconds. We were the very top room. Bedrooms were amazing, kitchen slightly run down but didn’t even expect a kitchen so was so pleased. Own bathroom. 2 bedrooms decorated so lovely! We were so relieved to find this lovely little place. And so grateful to be able to book last minute. I wish we had a few nights here. Great location. I definitely 
 recommend.
Lady on the phone was really kind and helpful. Bed lovely and clean.

The hotel is filthy and my colleagues were severely bitten by bed bugs! It is 21st century and it is UK - how something like that can happen?! Booking should be ashamed to allow establishments like this to be advertised on the Booking.com! I am still awaiting refund as I had to book another hotel for 4 people. The staff ? "The owner" Wendy does not answer the phone nor messages, not even considers refund. But leaves "response " in the comment section... Why not talking on the phone?

DO NOT BOOK!

Extremely terrible hotel but would be perfect for halloween apart from the mess was real not staged.
The hotel was cheapish £50 for the night however was not worth the money and I will not be recommending or returning.
Upon arriving we entered and went to our room, it was very basic, however they had a fridge etc, I started unpacking and noticed a hair on the dressing table, didnt think much of it but went into the bathroom where the mirror was not clean, more hair in the corner of the room, and a super tiny shower cubicle... however after this I decided to lay on the bed, I noticed more hair everywhere, the carpet had also not been hoovered. (This is a pet friendly hotel however rooms are not cleaned afterwards) the bed was completely covered in hair!!!! I called the owner and asked for the bed to be changed... she replied and said yes, we went out and arrived back at the hotel quite late, the bed looked like it had been changed but it had not, I got a hair in my mouth, there was a stain on the top cover, I felt disgusting and felt like I could get fleas from staying there.
We were due to stay another night also had booked the same hotel separately for the nights as werent actually going to stay the first night, we were in a different room with communal bathrooms however were told we could stay in the same room for an additional cost which we were but not after the unclean hotel.
We ended up packing our stuff and leaving the hotel without staying, which I have never had to do this with a hotel before, luckily we managed to find another hotel, the money we paid was refunded to us without any queries but had to let people know my experience from staying at the hotel and I would not recommend due to the unclean rooms.

So bad we didn't spend the night

The wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. 
Very clean and well maintained.
There was everything in the room you could need.
Great price,free parking, fridge, kettle with condiments,hair dryer ,comfy bed.
All in all a great stay.

Great hotel

Extremely disappointed. Eventually parked 2 streets away, upon arrival had door codes texted. Up very steep stairs. Only bathroom is on 1st floor. Room was on 3rd. Luckily skin in room so I pissed into a night. No mention of this on site. Also no food. So hunt the breakfast. I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Concert

We booked this hotel the same day as we left another hotel down by the sea front. We booked directly via there website which we later found out they were in the process of only using booking.com to for reservations. Quite frustrating as we had paid via the Mayfair direct site. When arrived the apartment we booked had already been booked out. We were lucky enough to get an onsite double bed room at the same price. Throughout the confusion Karen the manageress I believe made the whole error really pleasant. She went out of her way making us feel really welcome. This hotel was the cheapest on booking com and we were pleasantly surprised how clean and welcoming it was. The position is exceent taking less than 1 minute to be on the seafront we thoroughly enjoyed our stay huge TV in the room,bathroom a bit too small and only nag needed is to replace the toilet sink as it was tiny. Overall really good sleep and will definitely return over and over again.

Welcoming and cosy

A nice budget hotel in a great location and free parking. Friendly staff and all you need in the room including hair dryer, fridge, toaster and kettle with enough for hot drinks. Very comfortable bed and good shower but very small bathroom. Walls are also very thin so can hear people talking outside the room, next room snoring and people arriving back through the night so not a great sleep for me unfortunately being woken at 12, 2 and 4ish...
Recently taken over by new owner so work being done but didn't affect our stay.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. BEDBUGS. TRIED TO GET A REFUND. BEEN IGNORED!!! I have never even Given a Bad Review ever for anything in my life-But this place was inexcuseable. Hairs on Bedding. But was manageable until we actually saw the Real Problem. OVER A MONTH LATER I HAVE BEDBUG SCARS ALL OVER MY BACK!!

BEDBUGS WE CHECKED OUT EARLY. MY SON HAD TO SLEEP IN THE BATHROOM. I DIDN'T SLEEP AT ALL. This is email I sent. No reply over a month later. Booking.com got one reply but nothing after. "Just to inform you, We have checked out Early! -Stacey-Louise ...... I am never one to Complain But Last Night's Stay was terrible, The Room is infested with Bedbugs!!! Other's would normally make do, But I have a son with Additional Needs who also suffers from Anxiety. He was terrified, After only finding the Bedbugs at Midnight-It was too late to call you. I managed to settle him down by 1:30am. By sleeping in Bathroom with him, Using the Towels as Blanket. I however didn't sleep at all. As I was constantly killing Bedbugs. I gave up trying to sleep and Re-sorted my Suitcase-Checking every Item before putting it back in. We will have to go straight to the launderette when we get home, As I don't want to infest my own Home. I would like to Request A Full Refund, Due to the fact the Room was completely inhabitable. If refused or ignored, I will take this further. I have attached videos and pictures as evidence. Stacey-Louise ..... Upon looking at Recent Reviews. Lot's of Bedbug Complaints but Staff are blaming Guests. Saying there are none, Definately not looking at night as Room was Infested. Have gone to my Bank for Refund.
