On arrival we drove down a path to be greeted with lovely wide open countryside with horses in the fields and a beautiful old farmhouse With parking onsite
We were greeted by our very friendly host and were shown to our room after being offered a cup of tea 
The bedroom was wonderful with crisp white sheets and was immaculately clean  light and airy 
The bathroom was spotless clean with lots of soft fluffy towels and lots of lovely toiletries The shower was perfect 
This is our new go to place when visiting this area

Stayed here for one night coming back from Cornwall and it was excellent. A very friendly welcome, with the option of a tea or coffee if wanted, a comfortable bed (which made for a good night’s sleep), everything you needed in the room and lovely views over the lawn (complete with baby bunnies) and fields. Breakfast was cooked to order, coffee was strong and more toast than you could eat. Overall a great place to stay!

We checked in early and met the host Delia who was fantastic. The room was beautifully decorated, spotlessly  clean and the bed was so comfortable. We both had a fantastic nights sleep. Breakfast the next morning was great and they even had fresh  grounded coffee.  We woukd really recommend Mill Farm B&B as a great friendly immaculate clean place to stay.

Booked an overnight stay at Mill Farmhouse after rugby in Exeter. Well signposted, easy to find & ample safe parking. I had previously asked if an early check in was possible due to travel arrangements and this was sorted very easily. Warm welcome on arrival with a fresh cup of coffee. Room was spotlessly clean and bed super comfortable. Excellent quality hot beakfast. A great place, highly recommended & superb value for money.

Welcomed by proprietor. Room immaculate; all facilities working. Lovely view. Breakfast excellent. Can recommend to anyone as a thoroughly good place to stay. Bit dark walking down path to cars, but minor point.

I stayed at Mill Farm for two nights in order to attend a wedding at Powderham Castle. Delia was so helpful and welcoming from booking through to departure; she came across as a caring and understanding person. She really took the time to help and advise me when I needed it, but otherwise left me to a relaxing and peaceful break. It's a wonderful rural location, but so near everything of interest. The room was spacious and spotless, and breakfast was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended.

Delia, the owner of Mill Farm, was friendly and very informative with good ideas of places to visit and also where to go for evening meals but, in particular, she was so helpful when we had problems with our car, and then again came up with more ideas of places to go on the local bus while the car was being fixed. Thank you Delia, we would love to return again. Lovely breakfasts and well thought out Covid precautions.

Very friendly and helpful owners, spotlessly clean. Property a short drive from Dawlish, so plenty of eating venues but you will need a car. Stayed for an event at Powdersham castle, perfect, just a couple of minutes drive away. Very peaceful.

This B&B is off the beaten track , but so worth a visit .  Very quiet , clean .  Maybe needs updating , but the room was spotlessly clean . Delia is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area of where to go with places of local interest.  Amazing breakfast and service . We will return .

The owners were welcoming and very helpful assisting us in finding a venue for an evening meal.  

The B&B was in a delightful setting with a pleasant view of open countryside.

The room and amenities were both comfortable and more than adequate

Stayed en-route to Cornwall and to enjoy some of the beautiful Devon countryside. Property is close to the City centre, easy to find, just off a fairly busy road leading to Dawlish and Teignmouth. The main road quietens down overnight and even though our room looked across a field to it we were not disturbed.  We found the property spotlessly clean and our large double bedroom comfortable,. Breakfast was freshly cooked and plentiful. Hosts really nice and welcoming, extremely helpful in recommending local eateries and even booked a table on our behalf. In terms of Covid-19, hosts showed good understanding and took steps to ensure guests were well protected . Would have no hesitation staying at Mill House again or recommending.

Really Enjoyable Stay

Location is perfect for traveling out to all areas of Devon and good road network.
Easy parking , breakfast was plentiful and the bacon was top quality. 
Hosts are really friendly and helpful.
A great break away for a couple of days and at a great price for what we were given.
Coping superbly well in the circumstances with masks, hand washing and  social distancing .
Nice location, room, food and hosts what more can you ask for !

Excellent 2 night break away

Spent a night here whilst travelling to Dawlish. Can’t fault it at all, great welcome from owner. Room nice and cosy, and extremely clean. Breakfast tasted great.

Nothing appears to be too much for the owners. If I had one thing to say is that they may need to make it a little more disabled friendly - steps from parking and up to rooms are a little steep. Doesn’t make it inaccessible just a little harder !

We’d go back though - great place, very friendly, and quiet.

Stayed here with 4 friends in separate bedrooms.. cosy , welcoming,  homely.. peaceful.. couldn't ask for more.. the owner was so lovely and couldn't do enough for us.. lovely comfy beds.. had a soak in bubbly bath.. gorgeous surroundings and yummy 5 star breakfast.. would definitely recommend..
