My wife and I spent two nights Heyen a walking holiday. The room was lovely and quite spacious. The bath was wife pleasing which is high praise indeed. The breakfast was very good. We loved the omelets! Edward was attentive and a gracious host. All in all a prefect B&B.

A Great Place to Stay

A good stay in a lovely chilled out house. Andrew, the host was very approachable and helpful.
The breakfasts were good and cooked to order.
Our bedroom could do with a little TLC, broken tiles in the bathroom and black mould on the shower mat. We had a double and single bed in our room. I felt the single mattress was at an angle and the double bed creaked. Tea bags were in a tupperware box and not individual wrapped. Just small things but all added up.
The big issue was the noise from  the above room, it started at 6 am with people walking about and carried on for an hour, very unfortunate.

Good stay

Stayed here with my mum in the king room it had lovely views a lovely bed and bathroom, The owner was very friendly and is very proud of his guesthouse as he should be the location is beautiful, The breakfast was lovely and cooked to order my mum had the full English and it was lovely I had a cheese ham and mushroom omelette it was the best I have ever had, The only negatives were that you could here the people talking and moving around upstairs but that can't be helped so bring so earplugs if you are a light sleeper, Just to let you know the owner does ask you to remove your shoes when you go in so take some slippers

Nice guesthouse

A lovely B&B in a pretty village.  Rooms are clean, spacious and beautifully decorated.  Comfortable sitting room at the top of the house with countryside views and additional TV lounge.  Breakfast is plentiful and delicious.  Friendly host.

Excellent B&B

We had a peaceful break at this lovely Bed and Breakfast. Our room was spacious and well presented with a King size bed . All the facilities were very clean. It was a relaxing break ahead of a busy day at the nearby race circuit.
The full English was freshly prepared with high quality ingredients. It was delicious, followed by fresh fruit salad and other options.
Thank you to our host Andrew for sharing his beautiful house and garden.  Next time we hope to have time to use the sauna and gym too. It was very easy to book directly with Andrew over the phone and we would book by this method again.

Exceptionally good

My wife and I stayed here recently whilst visiting family. A lovely house with adequate on site parking in a quiet street. Andrew was very friendly with nothing too much trouble. Our double room was beautifully furnished and comfortable with views over the countryside. Breakfast was cooked to order with the best of ingredients. We will definitely stay again.

Short visit.

If you’re ever travelling to the East Harling area, look no further than Sunset House for accommodation; it has it all!  The rooms are spacious, airy and light, clean, and tastefully decorated. Excellent breakfast, great host and lovely countryside.

My husband and I stayed for 3 day's and had a lovely welcome by the owner Andrew. Made to feel very welcome. Lovely view from the room of the countryside. The cooked full English breakfast set you up for the day. The room spacious, clean, and a comfortable bed.  All in all would highly recommend for a break. 

Peace and Quiet 

Stayed for one night as I was nearby on business. Comfortable stay with a good host who catered for all needs with breakfast. Lovely rural village with good pubs five minutes walk away for evening meals.

Comfortable B&B

Wonderful stay! Arrived at 5pm to a warm welcome from Andrew. Shown to our room and given a quick run down of amenities. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean. The bed was so comfortable with a range of different types of pillows. Went to the lounge upstairs to watch the sun set, very beautiful. 
Breakfast was lovely with a great selection of cereals,  fresh fruit salad, cooked breakfast and toast. 
Pubs within walking distance, we had a meal at the nags head  where the food was amazing. 
Will stay again definitely 👍
