We stayed as we were attending a family funeral. Upon arrival we was greeted by a friendly receptionist who politely asked what has brought us to Chesterfield. They were very sympathetic once we told them. The following morning the same receptionist remembered why we was there and said they hoped all goes as well as expected, which we thought was very thoughtful under the circumstances.
We have visited this hotel a couple of times in the last few months and never had a bad stay.
Everyone is friendly rooms are always clean and bed comfy.
I’m sure we will be staying again when we come visit more family.
Thankyou to the receptionist for being caring and sympathetic.

Family funeral

Was booked into this hotel from my place of work. Car park is free and big enough for work vans. Reception team who checked us in great. Room clean and shower great after a busy day at work. Restaurant next door which is ideal after working all day and staff friendly. Even the housekeepers spoke when leaving for work and you don’t get that in many hotels.
If I was visiting Chesterfield again with my family I would definitely choose to stay here.

Working away

Lovely stay for Easter weekend perfect little hotel with perfect staff , the kids loved the Easter treats left in the room 
The hotel is ideally located for getting around and has a large pub attached for breakfast and meals . It is also within walking distance of the football club .

Pleasant stay

Lovely easter break with the family. Great free parking with ample spaces. Staff friendly Sarah was great checking us in. Lovely touch off an easter gift for the kids in our room from Sharon and all the team. Restaurant next door was busy but expected on a bank holiday weekend.
Our room was clean and cosy, a bit to cosy for a family off four, if staying for more than one night it might be an issue with space, but we managed for the one night. No air con in this hotel might be warm in the summer months.

Easter break

Breakfast was in adjacent brewers fayre, found it very poor service,  poor food presentation, and one morning we had not been booked in by the  hotel , 
Owing to this we were given an ultimate on how long we were allowed to sit at the table . Wouldn't book this Premier Inn again

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fine for what we needed, a bed for the night.  The team left us a pack of biscuits with a welcome note.
Bare in mind the hotel is close to the train line so noise is expected. 

Stay at Premier Inn Chesterfield North

The visit was to provide an overnight stay for a funeral we were attending the next day, consequently we were not looking for a conventional leasure stay.The lady who checked us in was excellent, informative, helpful and charming ( Sarah, I believe her name was). Everything at hotel was good.Breakfast and evening meal at attached Brewer's Fare was very good.Probably the best BF were have eaten in lately.

A good, well run Premier Inn hotel

Very convenient stay, came to watch a football match near by, literally 5mins walking distance to stadium. Free car parking ample spaces. The lady on reception was super helpful giving directions. 
Once I finally arrived back to my room it was super clean and the bed was a nice welcome after a few drinks. The shower was refreshing.
Breakfast convenient attached to the hotel, although it was very busy food was ok and there was a good variety.  I will be back again for the next match.

Convenient for football

What a great hotel this is. We never stayed in a more friendly premier inn. Every member of staff we spoke to went out off their way to make our stay the best.The rooms are spotless a credit to the housekeepers. 
They have a restaurant next door plenty of choice on the menu and all our food came out hot. Kids ate for free at breakfast, my only gripe about this was it was too busy and we had to wait a while for food to be replenished. 
We will definitely think about coming here again.

Family break

We stayed here as we had a few trips planned in the surrounding area’s. The hotel staff were amazing and friendly. The kids had a gift  left in the room from Sharon and the team which went down a treat with them as they thought they were special guests. The room itself was on the warm side but having no air con in the hotel this was to be expect in a room with 4 humans in. However the fan was a help and the window does open slightly to let some fresh air in. Bed was the usual comfy bed you would expect, and the shower never fails.
I would highly recommend a visit to heights of Abraham too.
