Welcoming church, people seemed to genuinely want to know how you are, and to make sure you were comfortable, and knew where things were. Great worship, friendly lively kids church. Nice clean toilets! You have to pay for parking, unless you want to walk about 10 minutes. Easy to get wheelchair in. Prayer ministry available after the service. Tea and coffee and biscuits available next door after the service. Children have drinks and biscuits during their groups.

Family church visit

The place is well located and it was clean but we have been there 2 night with no heating..they have a thermostat in the apartment without any radiator what makes us think from were the heating is going to come through!!Also in the middle of the night other young guests without keys starting knock at the doors shouting at his friends inside to open him during more than 30 min..also no pressure on the shower!!I would not recommend this to anyone

No heating for 2 days

If I could give it minus star rating I would.

Shocking and appalling service. On arrival we where told we had to pay £250 deposit. While it is mentioned in the terms (do people really read these?) it's a bit of a rip off. Yes it's a hold on funds but of course you are £250 short for a week or so until the funds are released.

The room we stayed in was shabby and dirty. Carpets where dirty and the kitchen was falling apart. I've payed less to stay in far better hotels before.

Staff are not very friendly and rude.

Much better places to stay in Cheltenham for less money. Complained to credit card provider to get a refund it was that crap!

Avoid at all cost

My Mum, Sister & I booked & stayed in apartment 11 on Saturday 1st October, 2016 (last night) for a girlie shopping trip for my Sister's  birthday treat. 

The apartment is perfectly situated if you want to go shopping & go out to eat in the evening.  Town is just a short walk & there are 2 really large car parks almost opportsit for you to leave your car.  One charged £10 for 24 hrs which I thought was reasonable.  Dont rely on the free road parking because it is very limited but a bonus if youre lucky enough to find one empty.  There is a friendly pub & Turtle Bay (Jamacian Restaurant & bar) just round the corner. 

All the rooms were large, clean & the kitchen had everything we needed.  The beds were really comfortable, even the sofabed.  The apartment was nice a warm, thanks to the underfloor heating.  

I can only think of 2 negatives & they didnt ruin our stay - 1) the sofa is a bit old grotty 2) the apartment is on the ground floor so you have to keep the blinds shut. Neither issue bothered us & we had a wonderful stay. 

I would definately reccomend the apartments & I would definately book them again if planning another girlie trip to Cheltenham.

Much more comfortable & relaxing than a hotel room

Last minute decided to go to Cheltenham for a couple of days, found a good deal on booking.com. a one bedroom apartment in the center of town, spotlessly clean, modern  and such a bargain price! Only down side was parking but was lucky enough to get 1 of the only 2 carparks for 11 apartments, so can't mark them down for that as said no parking available. A couple of tweaks...put in a towel rail in the bathroom and a non slip bath mat, and a colander in the kitchen.

Fab stay in a near perfect apartment!

Probably the worst place we've ever stayed at.

Noisy, parties next door until 4am, shabby,tired, many faults.

The company behind these and others in the area that they own doesn't give a damn about customer service.

It's basically a service that rents out empty student accommodation, and it shows.
