Absolutely spotless, loved my stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I had a wonderful nights sleep. The views from our room were incredible it was like being on holiday abroad when the sun was shining.

Last Sunday lunchtime we were out for a walk along Goodrington seafront and were drawn by the smell of the roasts coming from this hotel restaurant. Inside was quite busy but a few tables were being cleaned and soon available. There was roast beef, turkey and gammon. The price was excellent value with the option of paying am extra £1.50 for a large serving. But the real highlight of the visit was the chef and carver, Moses. What a joy this guy was as he greeted every customer with a broad smile and a cheery welcome. Asking each one individually how their day was and how could he help them with their choice. He lifted everyone's resting face into a smile as broad as his own! Thank you Moses, you made it as sunny inside as it was out! We will definitely visit again.... In fact we did, as 2 hours later we returned for coffee and desert!

Warm, comfy, with friendly staff and really close to a great beach - what more could I want?
Although out of season - and with very changeable weather - we could pop out whenever the sky brightened. A lovely place.

Excellent value for money , friendly staff throughout will definitely return as I have family in the area , great for meeting too, plenty of space , parking wasn't a problem, this was only a small additional cost per night .

All good, as usual, glad we came back and will definitely be back next year. We coincided seeing relatuves with our wedding anniversary and it was a totally fabulous weekend. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Staff are lovely, they genuinely seem to enjoy working here. Lots of rooms have sea views or glimpses. Some have railway views too. Brewers fayre meal deal good selection and lovely staff. Room was immaculate, comfortable bed, quiet. Slept like a log 3 nights in a row. 

The hotel were aware that we were staying for a few days to celebrate our anniversary- 
They were so helpful gave us lots of information for things to do.
The little extras were provided without hesitation and the room was cleaned to a amazing standard 
I highly recommend this hotel - great location- good parking and a nice walk along the beach even in the rain

Had a great stay here, staff very friendly and helpful, even working over xmas, room was very clean, asked for a sea view and that is what they gave us, only small window but lovely view right out to sea.
Pub/Restaurant next door was very busy due to xmas meals, but when we went in it was OK, self serve breakfast was luke warm buy this is what you tend to get on a buffet style.
The car park had to pay and unfortunately we could not take the car out on xmas day as the car park was packed with dinners and should we had done we would of had no space.
I would stay here again any time and will be returning.

I only stayed for one night with my 5 girls as we were having a day trip to Brixham and thought it would be nice to stay over. It was a lovely stay, we loved the hotel, room and facilities provided in the room. The weather was awful so we spent a lot of time in the hotel just relaxing and playing games together. We walked on the beaches in the local area which are amazing and was great to see in the winter. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and excellent value for money. The only issue was the toaster was too small as it was only a 2 slice household toaster and then it stopped working!  But it didn’t make any difference to us as the breakfast was just outstanding anyway. Would mist definitely stay again.

Was one of the closest hotels to the polar express train experience we were attending. Was a lovely location and not to far to travel to the train.
Would definitely stay again and planning on coming back in the summer. To experience and enjoy the area better.
