Standard has dropped since our last stay. No welcome pack of toiletries, dish soap, drinks. Kitchen pots & utensils were dirty. No toilet paper. Dead batteries in TV remote. Shower moving from very hot to very cold. We've had to manage. Location is good. No long term free parking. Parking available at the harbour close by for £6+ all day.

No frills here.

Met by a nice, friendly gentleman. Told him we had parked further away in a car park, he moved his car so we could park at the property, top bloke! Apartment much better than expected, nice and cosy with separate bedroom, toilet and shower. Everything you need is provided. Location, well couldn't ask for more, literally 1 minute from Jerome's pavilion and the beach. Would def recommend as a great place to stay

Really can not fault these apartments.....the location was brilliant, we managed to get parked right outside! The apartments themselves were clean and tidy. They had everything we needed for our two nights away! Would definitely recommend and stay there again 

Fantastic

Room 1 at the top of the first flight if stairs was a real disappointment, it would have been fine in the 70s but this day and age I don't think so, overloaded sockets, no sockets in the bedroom except for an extension lead, bedside light not working, lights under kitchen units hanging off, i did not see a fire blanket? 
The bathroom was 3 foot in width with a small vanity sink, no where to put a wash bag
The sofa was so uncomfortable so there was no where to sit and relax.
Perhaps this is a room used when the others are full ?
Good point was the parking that was saved for us. 
The owner was very pleasant 
I travel on business most weeks and stay in budget hotels so I don't criticise for the sake of it (look at my other reviews) but this place needs to come into this century.
The position of the appartments is handy for everything Bridlington has to offer, which to be honest, is not a lot.

Disappointing

Booked this apparent only a few weeks before as we have previously stayed a long way out of town and struggled with taxis and parking etc. The penthouse appartment is up many stairs ..... however I knew this and have no complaints whatsoever.  Lovely and clean, plenty of space, warm , quiet and a very comfy bed. Loads of wardrobe space which you never get at premier inn or Travelodge.  Free parking in an excellent location with a sea view. I have high standards and I could not knock this place. So much so we've booked for next  yr. Many thanks ,see you again 

Scooterfest weekend 

3rd time staying here and perfect again 😊. This time we stayed in the ground floor at the front of the building and were a little worried that it might be noisy with people coming and going but not at all. One night we came back about midnight and our friends came back about an hour later we were still awake but never heard them come in 😊. We are back at Bridlington next year for the scooter weekend again and wouldn't stay anywhere else, carl is lovely and nothing is too much trouble cannot recommend this place highly enough 😊.

this apartment was ideal for a short break. great location with a sea view. Parking was easier than I thought it would be. room was spacious and clean. The owner was there to greet us and give us the parking permit..

Great location

We stayed in a different nearby apartment previously but could not get the dates we needed so due to excellent reviews for The Mowbray we decided to give it a go.
POSITIVES - Parking included , excellent location . Heating included in price and very efficient. 
NEGATIVES - Very strange set up, you slept in one room, brushed your teeth in another and washed in another , very weird , I felt like I spent the full few days there moving from one room to another.

Noisy first thing in the morning , all we heard our first morning was beer kegs being rolled around the yard area outside our bedroom. The next morning was the binmen's turn. I have to get up at 5-30 each morning at home, I therefore don't expect to be woken up before 7am while I'm on holiday.

Very dated apartment, I opened the tiny toilet window and it fell off it's hinges , I had to climb on the bed to open the bedroom window , no mat in the shower room so forever wet . Toaster almost explodes when bread done and handle pops off when toast pops up.

Toilet a foot away from settee in living room , no privacy whatsoever when wanting to use the loo. I reckon this property is roughly £100 more expensive than it should be.

We stayed in the penthouse apartment. 3 people have more than enough room in this apartment and it is decorated to a good standard with more than enough facilities for a family. 
Added extras and attention to detail like washing up liquid, hand soap, DVDs and shower gel were over and above for a self catering apartment. 
Views from the penthouse suite are amazing. 
Hosts were accommodating and knowledgable about the area. 
The beach and all the amenities are literally 2 mins walk away.
The suite is not suitable for disabled guests due to the stairs and although you get a parking permit during peak times thus can be a problem.
We really enjoyed our stay. It was more than value for money.
Would recommend this apartment to families and leave our thanks with the hosts. 

Excellent apartment with good facilities and excellent see views. 

We booked this apartment as it is very close to Bridlington Harbour where we had tickets on a BSPB trip to see puffins. We found the apartment dark and dingy, this was because the windows cut out light as they were frosted to block out the view of the dustbins at the back of the building. Whilst the bedding and towels were clean and the bed comfortable, the facilities included were not good, we ran out of dish washing fluid on the first day and the only knife supplied was a blunt bread knife which didn't cut anything. We didn't feel like walking down the two dark flights of stairs so just put up with what was in the apartment. I did ask if there was a better apartment with a view but was told they were full. As we booked some time previously we had hoped for something better.
