Stayed for one night due to very early RBH Appointment. 
Clean room (still smell of paint) due to recent refurbishment.
 Beds very good,+comfy lovely pillows.
Bath/Showerroom could do with Showermat and plastic cups.
 Not overly impressed with Tea und Coffee facilities. 
No Hairdryer avalability. However
Juan at Reception so kind and helpful. Nothing was to much for him. He did his utmost to help us with everything.

Early Appointment at RBH for OP

Comfortable stay with an affordable price. Juan was very welcoming. 

Please not that the 'savers' rate is non-refundable, and awkward to reschedule (at a cost of £10).  Travelodge's website/Google's hotel booking portal will change dates if you're not aware.

Easy and comfortable

The Hotel was decent overall and i had a good nights sleep. As for the paid Virgin WiFi, it was terrible, it would connect and then drop out whuch was very frustrating. Staff were friendly and the toby carvery next door was wonderful. 

Decent stay

First impressions were very good entrance hall tidy & a friendly face at reception. Juan is Spanish & we chatted about Spain . The building I was pre warned smelt of paint that’s a good sign . Yes Juan said beds & furniture have been replaced new carpets . There are no lifts but it didn’t worry me with having a small case.
The room was cosy clean newly painted . Comfortable bed . I had to ask for a hairdryer but no big deal. All in all I would stay again as it’s convenient to the airport to Castlepoint shopping centre . Buses can be caught from outside the hospital . Toby carvery is next door as is a convenience store a petrol station & Burger King . This location has it all !

Very comfortable stay

Bournemouth Cooper Dean ttok the plunge to go and see Daughter and her two girls and hubby after they moved here before xmas so glad we did . The hotel was pristine gleaming and had just been decorated top to bottom see picture 
Whatsmore the staff on Receptio Rachel and Zoe were fabulous my wife has trouble with stairs as she has Fybromyalgia they only saw her climb once and next day we were moved to a ground floor room perfect for wife without a hint or asking

Perfect little lodge stay.

We use Travelodge a lot and Cooper Dean was everything we have come to expect from the chain. Good (slightly dated) basic hotel, easy parking, friendly & welcoming staff, clean room. Having Toby & BurgerKing next door is very handy.

We have to thank the receptionist Gloria, from her welcoming smile to her willingness to 'run' up the stairs and put a hairdryer in our room, she was fantastic and a real credit to Travelodge.

We will definitely not hesitate to book here again.

Sadly, as seems to be the trend with all the hotel chains at the moment, no plugs by the bed to plug my cpap machine in.

Excellent Service

Very basic and expensive for what you get. I needed to book near the hospital so this seemed ideal. Bitterly disappointed. Very worn and scruffy. Very few extras not even a glass in the bathroom or shampoo although does say that there is in the information.  Whole place needs to be efurbished.  Wouldn't go again unfortunately.  Have used other ones and always been satisfied. 

Bssic and expensive. Disappointing. 

The reception staff a was really friendly and helpful, also the girl who came to top up our room. The room was clean and  comfortable,  also a fan to use if we needed it, due to trees we didn't need it. We booked to be near Bournemouth Hospital.  We'll recommended 

Short  stay

The hotel is in practical location, easily accessible, clean, safe and comfortable. It has very friendly staff, they are most welcoming, caring and helpful, and with listening ear which goes beyond what one would expect. It is also very dog friendly, the parking is practical, and the area is good to walk dogs. 

Very friendly hotel to stay, would go there again.

Myself and the children were very happy with our stay and will be staying again very soon. 
Location is easily accessible to Bournemouth beach and Poole. Transportation is good for getting around.
Hotel clean and tidy and customer service is excellent.
