Great overnight stay, very good value for money. Great location. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. Also at breakfast staff were very friendly, cleared tables quick. Cooked breakfast items were fresh and regularly replenished.

Excellent overnight stay in the centre of Birmingham 

hotel was clean and the staff really friendly. always get a good nights sleep in premier inns and this hotel is no different. good walking distance to restaurants in Brindley place and the Mailbox. short walk along the canals and into the town.

The Premier Inn team made this trip extra special. They were kind, helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after.
The only down side was the thin walls and ceilings that sound carried through and other guests moving about woke us several times during the night.

Great stay at the hotel for 2 nights, very welcoming, helpful and friendly staff, good choice of  breakfast items, great location and a good night's sleep. Have been returning here for 20 years. Would recommend.

Great stay

Have had mixed experiences at Premier Inn but this was a good one. All the staff were friendly and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. 
The hotel is extremely busy but the staff handled this well. 
Car park is small and expensive but we parked elsewhere. Had some noise from people walking round the room above but we knew this would not be a quite hotel due to it's location and staying on a Saturday night. 

Great service at this busy hotel

Thoroughly satisfied with our recent stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and our room was really comfortable quiet and clean. We booked breakfast for the next morning and was impressed with the choice available.

Really enjoyable stay

Nice central hotel (would've been helpful to know about the new road system via email beforehand). Parking can be a pain at peak times but we got a space eventually. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast - good selection. I've already booked again for next year!

Nice Central Hotel

We stayed here as a party of four adults. Both rooms were very comfortable and clean. However, our bath, although beautifully clean, was very slippery and the Premier Inn very nearly lost their shower rail! So I would advise other guests to take care.  And maybe Premier Inn could consider supplying shower mats.

The room was very quiet, despite there being a boisterous stag party at the hotel at the same time as us. Nevertheless, we had a very good night's sleep.

Breakfast was good, although the toaster has got to be one of the slowest ever. But the cooked breakfast quality was good, and there was a good selection of fruit, yoghurt and pastries.

The staff were cheerful and friendly, and the hotel is ideally situated for the city centre. It's very reasonably priced, so it's an excellent choice for a weekend break for anyone exploring Brum.

Ideal for Birmingham city centre

Stayed overnight for a show at the Symphony Hall. When we arrived the car park was full, nearby Q park was closed due to an accident so we had to park 10 mins away in the Utilita car park. Not ideal and £20 for 24hrs! The hotel itself is clean, beds comfortable and staff all seem polite. Breakfast was nice, would recommend offering concessions for the parking as it is very limited. 

Clean comfy stay

Warm welcome very friendly staff rooms very clean good location for venues and shops cafés. Comfortable and warm rooms bed lovely and soft plenty of inexpensive cooked breakfast  and hot drinks clean easy checking out.
