Very central hostel, affordable price and clean.

Just one but... people shut the room lights at 8 pm, and there is no bedside lamp.

The staff is super friendly and recommends group plans and events for people in the hostel. Very kind of them, if you travel solo.

Very central hostel, affordable price and clean.

Very safe, kind workers, and comfortable beds! This was a great place for a weekend trip to Bath. Me and my friends stayed here for 2 nights, and it was lovely. Very central location, not far from the Roman Baths. The workers were so kind and accommodating. Definitely recommend!

Great Experience!

First time in the hostel, so I was worried.
Lovely place in a great central location.
Staff really helpful and friendly.
Dorm was nice and clean, bed comfy with good linen. There's not much room, but there no issue. 
Hot at night for me.
Communal areas are fine.
Toilets clean
Didn't use showers, so I can't comment.
In the centre of town, it is ideal. 

Nice Hostel In Central Location

Very very clean and tidy, very fair price, excellent location. 

Lovely and absolutely elegant place with a lot of books and plants. Feel much love from the space.

Staffs were very friendly and helpful, Rocio and Tim from reception were especially kind while providing informations.

There were a storm so it was extra cold, Tim would even come to see if the room is warm enough. I've never been an hostel putting so much care to the people that were staying!

do come and visit, recommended a lot.

Through, Neat, Considerate

The sheets were AMAZING!! I would highly recommend this place for anyone who is visiting Bath. It’s cute, homey and very close to the city center. The staff are wonderful and there’s a WhatsApp group where they organize a bunch of activities and sometimes even give out free tickets to sold out events in Bath. I will definitely be returning soon. And again, the sheets are GREAT

The Bath Backpackers is a very suited hostel for travellers from all the world. The rooms and toilets are clean and comfortable and the atmosphere is friendly. I spent a really nice time also with other travellers and the staff of the hostel. 

An international hostel 

Great stay, very clean and everyone was super friendly and helpful. 

Free locks for lockers and ear plugs. Rooms had a lot of people in them (8) but everyone was super nice and respectful

Would deffo stay again and recommend.

Not that many social events for example nothing on Sat night hence the 4 stars but that’s a personal preference.

Otherwise I’d give it a 5 stars 100%.

Also felt extremely safe here and location couldn’t have been better.

Great location, just a couple of minutes walk from Bath abbey and the roman baths. Everyone here, both the permanent staff and volunteers are friendly and helpful. It's a great place to stay if you (like me) are a young person travelling alone. The fully equipped kitchen was the reason I booked this hostel above others, and it didn't disappoint, (however, a bottle of oil along with the sharing spices wouldn't have gone a miss). The dorms, common room and bathrooms were all very clean, and there's plenty of room to store clothes (and lockers, though they aren't big enough to store any large bags, only a small hand/shoulder bag). 
Overall, it was a lovely stay and would recommend if you're are looking for an affordable way to stay in this expensive city.

Great stay in Bath.

Good bed, warm shower, good kitchen, great location, clean. Just small box to put your valuables.

Got a super nice stay, the owner couple started running the place last november, (DISREGARD COMMENTS BEFORE NOVEMBER 2022) them and their volunteers give me a warm stay, it felt like home. They are working hard on iimrpoving customers experience and I dot not doubt that they are going to achive their goal. This place should we a 5 star rated.

I would recomend to change the pillows and tu put some hooks in the rooms for not having all on the floor. Also hooks in the showers. The amount of water in tthe showers could be less for achiving hot water. 

Stay Here

I had an amazing time at Bath Backpackers. The location couldn’t be better, it’s very close to the best places to visit in Bath. Bathrooms and showers were clean and in perfect condition and it was also very comfortable and quiet to sleep. But the best part of Bath Backpackers is the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I met a lot of interesting people and created meanings connections from people all around the world😊I felt at home like I was part of a big family from the very first days! 😄
