My friend stumbled across this B&B whilst trying to find accommodation for a girly weekend away and we were not disappointed! The setting was stunning with views across open fields and the hospitality from Robin and Claire excellent.  The room was comfortable with everything at our disposal from an ironing board to complimentary tea and coffee and the  full English breakfast was cooked to perfection; nothing was too much trouble.  We were made to feel at home and it made a change to stay in a homely environment rather than a sterile hotel room. The whole experience was fabulous, we will defined be back!

Fabulous stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This B&B is an absolute Gem. Claire runs an immaculate, most comfortable, and delightfully set B&B in parkland where the main activity is a racing stables. The bedroom we had was  most generously proportioned as was the integral en suite, set in an upper floor of an old barn, all forming part of a family home. The breakfast choices were excellent, without fussiness. 
Claire, herself, is a most engaging and friendly hostess. I have absolutely no hesitation of awarding her full marks for her enterprise.

A Gem off the beaten track.

Stayed for 3 nights. Claire and Robin are fantastic hosts very warm and welcoming. The B&B is beautiful surrounded by fields. The view from our room overlooked a paddock full of race horses. The room was large with a walk in wardrobe and very clean. Good sized bathroom with an excellent shower. The large King sized bed was so comfortable we both slept like logs. Breakfast was delicious and a good selection of cooked and continental. Very quiet location but close enough to Stratford-upon-Avon, Royal Leamington Spa and Warwick all places of interest. Highly recommend this B&B as everything about it is perfect. 

Absolute gem

Large room, comfy beds, great shower, lovely view, amazing breakfast.  Friendly dogs and picturesque horses.  Very nice hosts.  Great TV and WiFi facilities.  A lovely moment away from the rigours of normal life.

Lovely place to stay

Booked by my husband for our 21st Wedding Anniversary,  Alne Park was perfect. We received a lovely warm welcome from Clare & promptly shown to our very large room. Everything was clean & tidy & there were even dressing gowns in the walk in closet, something we have never seen before. The kingsize bed was super comfy. 
Stunning views from the bedroom windows. Plenty of breakfast with freshly cooked full English & scrambled eggs on toast devoured along with cereal & fresh fruit, fresh coffee & tea. Hubby forgot to mention up front about my dairy allergy (I took my own 'milk') but Clare offered to purchase more & even got me some dairy free spread for my toast. I really appreciated her doing that!! The family have dogs, but other than meeting them you wouldn't know they were there, we never heard them bark.
We had a very relaxed few days and would definitely go back to stay.

Peace in the countryside

Stayed for two nights, was a super stay and would be happy to recommend. 
Very kind and welcoming into their own house, great facilities and surroundings.
Breakfast was also great, comfortable room and went out of their way to assist without prompt.
Room spacious and comfortable, nothing not to like.

Great stay

My family stayed at Alne Park B&B on Christmas day and Boxing day 2018. We were hoping for a well earned rest but didn't get it. We were woken by the owners who were up and to be fair noisy at 6.15am both mornings, with alarms going off in the yard thereafter. Can't complain about the food or accommodation, but they really should have warned us beforehand if they planned be this early.  Maybe one for early birds but not night owls -especially as the B&B bedrooms are not separate from the owners' sleeping quarters.

Great for early risers

Me and my partner stayed here last night and could not fault the b&b one bit, even my very picky partner couldn’t find a negative lol. We regret not being able to spend more time at the house due to being out all day at a wedding, we are definitely considering a revisit with our two children. The house was beautiful in itself, the photos don’t do it justice and the grounds are beautiful and very well kept. Robin and Claire are very welcoming and friendly owners, the house was spotless from top to bottom as was our room. We stayed in the blue room, it was very spacious, clean and unlike many other hotels/ b&bs we have stayed in the bed was so comfortable! We can highly recommend this b&b, we will most definitely be returning. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Beautiful place.

Stopped here for one night on route to Madness concert at Ragley Hall. Location is superb and great views over the racing yard and facilities. Not every day you can wake up and watch the horses being exercised in the fields opposite. Large and spacious room with massive bed and everything you would expect. We were met by Claire who was great and had a real good conversation with Robin about horses and racing.

We were made to feel at home and nothing was too much trouble. A great breakfast to start the day off too.

We shall be back back hopefully  at some point for a longer stay.

Stunning location

Stayed her for a weekend this June. An amazing place. Set in beautiful grounds with the most amazing views. Claire is wonderful friendly and made our stay something to remember. Breakfast was set up in a  beautiful dining room that looks out of a beautiful view including horses and nothing is to much trouble for her. This is a little piece of heaven of earth. And We will be you going back because soon. Thank you
