Lovely accommodation very clean and the owners are very polite and  accommodate for your needs very close to the promenade based in the centre of town everything is in walking distance. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends

Great place no knickers in my room host were amazing will definitely return  great value for money near everything you need thank you so much me and my daughter loved it 

Near the prom cinema trains pubs pharmacy town but a very quiet street which was lush for a good night sleep. Xxx

Lovely family and really friendly, the owners 3 dogs are lush,  comfy beds, they always have a chat about the day and yo make sure the guests are happy, always plenty of sachets for tea and coffee, in the bedrooms and fresh bedding and towels. Xx

Clean comfortable room. Great location. Shared shower-room and kitchen was fine. Easy check in and exit. Excellent value for the price.

Really clean comfortable rooms, individually decorated, bathrooms modern and clean, great location only one street away (1 minute walk) from the beach, staff were really friendly and helpful, lovely little kitchen with all amenities to cook and store your own food, fridge freezer too. 

We stayed in the deluxe room and it was such a lovely room  would definitely stay again. It was just around the corner from the beach as well. The kitchen was upstairs with everything you needed to make meals and tea and coffee in the room.

Pleasently surprised by this accommodation after being horrendously and outrageously let down by the nearby Pier Hotel little more than 24 hours earlier. . Only a twin room available and the owners were so friendly and their communication was fantastic. Another bonus, which is hard to find in a popular seaside town is free reserved parking and there were spaces behind the property. We stayed in room 4 on the first floor and the room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. There was a shared kitchen & bathroom, not ideal for us but hey 'when in Rome' and to be honest there were no problems. Ideally situated a stones throw from the beach and yards from the shops it is perfect for everything. If we had known about it earlier in January when we were booking our holiday r would have definatly stayed here. Would recommend it to anyone 

I have been staying in Maes y  Mor-with friends and family-for the last 6 years.
It is always clean,comfortable,relaxing-and well maintained.
It is also in a lovely location being close to the sea-front and town-centre.I am so glad to have found this place.

Motorcycle trip, five of us used this as a base, three twin rooms with decent off road parking for our bikes. What a good experience!!
The place is clean and welcoming, we were in the main house, one bathroom for the three rooms but it worked fine. Accommodation only but there is a decent kitchen/breakfast room should you wish to cook and plenty of cafes etc within two minutes walk. Very reasonable price and we were even given a discount because one of the party couldn’t make the trip! Will definitely use this place again and can’t recommend it highly enough! Thank you for a comfortable, clean and very welcoming stay.

I’ve lived in this town for almost 2 years, as I am studying at the university. Unfortunately, due to the outbreak of the coronavirus, I hadn’t seen my family since I came here. 
My mom finally managed to book some time off and was coming . After looking around town for a place to stay we came across Maes Y Mor. We were surprised by the excellent price-quality ratio it offered and decided to book it. 

The lady who runs it is very professional and extremely politely. She explained the check in and check out rules and left our keys in an envelope by the reception for us. The rooms were very clean and spacious. They came with toiletries, fresh towels, enough toilet roll and coffee/tea stuff. They even have a kettle that you can use for a quick brew. The beds were very comfortable too and it’s so easy to sleep in them. My mom isn’t used to cold weather at all but all the rooms have heating that works which was a big plus as it made her stay comfortable. They made sure we always had clean towels and breakfast stuff. Felt very welcome and safe during our stay there. 

The location of the hotel is ideal as it is literally a stone’s throw from the beach and close to everything (cafes, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, banks, etc). I strongly recommend them to anybody looking to spend a few nights in Aberystwyth. You will not be disappointed!
All the staff were very polite  and they even went out of their way to help my mom with moving her luggage. 

They made our stay memorable and she’s definitely coming back when she visits me again ☺️
