What was good

We had a great stay in this hotel, very close to city centre with easy access to public transport. Also far enough away from the hustle and bustle of a very busy city centre. The staff were amazing, could not do enough for us, so considerate, there was a function on, our original room was above this, so they moved us to an upgraded room without us needing to ask. Great service would definitely go back.

What was bad

Nothing was disappointing, although they were not serving food, they were more than happy to provide cutlery and plates when we got a take away. Nothing was too much for them. Great job from the staff at this hotel. Looking forward to returning soon.
