When we arrived, there was no-one to receive us + we ended up trying to talk to a Turkish workman at the site. He phoned the agent, who then spoke to us in English + the key was given to us. We had no kettle + the stove was not working. One of the residents', who could speak a little bit of English, contacted the agent again, as it was seen to.The lack of a fitness centre as advertised on the website was questioned, and the agent was excellent in offering my son a free membership at a local gym. We had no wi-fi, the TV has only 2 channels tht has reception - CNN + Cartoon Network. There is also very little hot water, which I hv also reported. The dishwasher has stopped working + some lights are out - this was also reported, but no response yet. The villa is beautiful and there is a lovely swimming pool. We r approx 15 mins walking from the sea and it is generally very quiet here, which suits us. The agent has been very good + his customer service is v good, but with all the little problems, one gets a bit tired of complaining. If I ever stay here again, I would make sure, before I move in, tht everything is as we want. The agent was kind enough to make us pay only after problems were solved, however, we still hv lights out + abroken dishwasher. Small complaints, but very irritating when u r on holiday
