While looking for a hotel with a beautiful view where we could watch the balloons in the air, we found Mimi Cappadocia. We stayed in a junior suite type room, I guess it wasn't the largest room. But it was quite big, I would say the size of a king suite. We had our own small Turkish bath in the bathroom. There was an additional jacuzzi in the room. I think a cave hotel in a high position with a beautiful view is rare. And such a large, stylish room was impressive. Thanks to the staff. I would recommend.

Styish room, unique view

I had an amazing stay at MiMi Cappadocia.
The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options.
I loved relaxing by the pool; it was so peaceful.
The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.
A truly exceptional hotel in every aspect.

Best view and nicely furnished rooms. Specially thanks to Mr. Mustafa and Mr. Baris for friendly and kind service. Mimi Hotel Ankara was so nice and Mimi Hotel Cappadocia also so nice. Breakfast at terrace was extremely delicious and spectacular with flying balloons behind.

Spectacular View and Nice Rooms

Stayed 3 nights at Mimi.  We had my parents and parents-in-law with us also.  Rooms well equipped and comfortable.  Breakfast simple but plentiful.  Staff friendly and helpful.  Lovely view from the terrace down over Goreme.  Able to watch the sunrise and the balloons going up.

There are steep steps between the different levels of the hotel as it’s on the hillside just below Uchisar Castle - not a problem for us but might be for some.  It’s also next door to one of the local mosques so if you are a light sleeper be warned!

Lovely stay

Hotel was all and more than we expected.   Rooms are large and beautifully furnished.   We stayed in the  Stone Suite with Spa bath.  Beautiful!  Breakfast was very good and served on the terrace which has an amazing view of the valley.   Staff were very helpful.  They helped us with dinner and tour suggestions.  

I would definitely recommend this hotel in Uchisar.

Wonderful Mimi Cappadocia

I stayed in Mimi for three days with my friends and believe me it was awesome. The view from our room was amazing and you can have a wide view from the terrace also. You can sit there and enjoy the incredible views of balloons especially in the early morning while the balloons take off. The room is well designed, arranged, very clean and the personnels are sincere and friendly. Our transportation is also arranged by the hotel and it was well planned. Besides these, of course you can have a delicious Turkish breakfast. The hotel have required precautions for the pandemic and we hadn't any problems as well. I am grateful to be the part of your team. Hope to meet you next time

A fabulous vacation

This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in Kapadokya. The downtown area on Main Street is a best kept secret and the mimi offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing out.

The best view, the best hospitality

This cave hotel is really special as the first thing you will notice is how unique and amazing the design is. It really is quite special as some of the rooms are originally caves converted into rooms while the newer block is man-made designed caves. Each room apparently is different so depending on your luck/price, you might get a smaller or larger room.

Our room 14 is prettyd decent and is in a nearby detached block from the main one. It was on the ground floor so we have a cute garden with benches outside to enjoy our drinks. Really romantic at night. The room itself is not very big and can be a little cramp while the bathroom can get quite wet as there is no separation between the shower space and toilet. 

Breakfast was really good with omelette, salami, cheese and pita bread (with cheese) with selections of spreads (honey, butter etc). Location is strategic but if you are sitting in a large tour bus, you have to walk a bit of a distance to the hotel as the roads are narrow (shuttles can go through but the hotel doesn't provide). Outside hotel there is a convenient store which sells all kinds of alcohol (awesome white wine for 50 Lira!) and junk food (about 200m walk).

In the morning you can see an amazing view of the hot air balloons from the hotel. Staff are really friendly too. But wifi is only ok, don't expect high speed.

All in all, an amazing place to stay.
