The hotel is in an amazing location. The entertainment team went amazing everyone of them. We even met up with them while we visited a karaoke bar. They always made us feel special. There was a young girl Sophie that was there for our 1st week she was fantastic. Our child aged 16 spent alot of time doing all the difference activities. My 25 year old son was always with them they made great friends. The only bit that let down the hotel was the food, it didn't really cater for the English. The snack bar that was open during the day was amazing.. To be honest if it wasn't for the entertainment team we would of been lost as the 1st week we was the only English family there. The room was out dated but clean. The mini bar was just a bottle of water but you could buy soft drinks if you wanted them in your room. The Spa isn't included in the hotel they rent the space there but it was where you got your towels for the pool. While I was there I had the Turkish bath but they then get you into having all different treatments ( they were very pushy ) they wouldn't take no for a answer. That's what put a downer on my hoilday.
