We have had a relaxing and peaceful week at Likya Gardens. Staying in the penthouse was wonderful, sunbathing on the rooftop with amazing views. We had dinner one evening in the sister hotel Likya Pavilion it was lovely the staff made us so welcome.  The staff at Likya Gardens were excellent nothing was too much trouble for them.  
It’s a small boutique hotel and if you want the penthouse you must remember there are no lifts, lots and lots of steps to your room. 
Hopefully we would love to return to our relaxing hotel.

A place to relax and rejuvenate with stunning views

We stayed in a waterfront suite, the views from the room and the balcony and bath where outstanding, great amenities, including plugs next to both sides of the bed (Which some hotels lack now a days) the Wi-Fi was good, available throughout the hotel, including on the sunbeds at the beach club and two sinks that my partner loved, plus two fridge, so plenty of room for wine and beer that we brought from the town.

We loved the breakfast, fresh fruit, cheeses and choice of eggs, not too heavy in the heat. The room and beach club service was excellent, the staff couldn't do enough to help you.

The walk into town was about 15-20 mins around the bay, downhill, so we usually walked in and got a taxi back (Which cost about £3.50)

The hotel restaurant was in at a different venue, about 8-10 minutes walk ... but was it worth it, the food was outstanding we ate there twice in 5 days.

The hotel manager and beach club manager and staff where incredible, so friendly and they made our stay so relaxing and easy, nothing was too much bother, I hope they're still there when we next visit, which we will, this is our new favourite hotel.

In short this was everything we wanted in a holiday hotel, the room was unusual and very large with great views and character, it was quiet and the service was expectational, it ticked every box.

Fabulous gem of a hotel

We stayed in the Aperlea villa and it’s fabulous. Private pool, air con (much needed) and a private cabana at the beach club where you can jump or step in to the clear blue sea. 

The staff are excellent. We even had a rather large electrical issue which cut the hotel off from the main supply but it was sorted amazingly quickly with the use of a local generator. Deniz on the front desk is super helpful and he really cares about the guests. 

Service at the beach club is also top notch and the food is also great. Breakfasts are included and  you have a vast array of choices. 

The hotel is located away from the main area so it’s quiet but only a short 10min walk to town and taxis are also cheap and plentiful. 

Restaurants in kalkan are generally good quality. We’ve had some fabulous food. I’d recommend going from word of mouth recommendations rather than review ranking as a lot of restaurants seem to be top of these ranks because they work harder at getting reviews. Our favourites so far have been Coast and AKDeniz. Baharat is also good but a bit pricier. 

There is a great Facebook group called Visit Kalkan that is super helpful. 

If you’re a wine fan - Backyard no 10 is a must visit.

Family Holiday

Probably the best location in all of Kalkan! If you are looking for a quiet place away from the noisy downtown. 
People working at the hotel are super friendly and helpful, thumbs up to Denis who helped me with a mixed up booking!

Perfect four nights in this hidden gem of a place.

We had a fantastic holiday at Likya Gardens. Our room was fantastic with a lovely pool, the views are incredible and the staff are so helpful and made our stay really special. It's a great location, just a few minutes into town and close to everything you need. We will definitely be going back.

Amazing hotel

We had a lovely stay at the Likya ! 
Absolutely in love with the staff and we had such fun at breakfast and just in general. Everyone is just fantastic here. Amazing distance to the center so you can walk back and forth and it’s an easy walk with no hills and will take you ten mins - so this is INCREDIBLE. 

However in the rooms in the hotel need a bit of a face lift - we were surprise when we saw our room - perhaps we had a sort of sad one . Mattresses are so uncomfortable my shoulder is buggered! The bath was kind of broken and it was a bit hectic - however we lived! 

The pool however was amazing and the deck area and we were so happy it made up for everything. The beach front area is lovely and so easy. 

Just needs a bit of an injection fund and this can be the best hotel in Kalkan with the best staff!!!

Really lovely but does need a face lift !

If you are searching for serenity and just want to chill and relax, then Likya Gardens Hotel is the best place for you. Both as a couple and solo.
My priorities when searching for a hotell was that it should be quite and calm so I could just rest and get positive energy. Lucky me I found Likya Gardens. First time in both Kalkan and Likya Gardens. And I can say that it was more than I imagined.
A place where you can rest both your mind and body.
I booked the terrace suit and WOW you can see whole Kalkan from your terrace, which is amazing! It has a jacuzzi which was very very pleasant, both in the day and at the evening. I took a bath in the night under the stars and that was a wonderful experience.
The hotell is a walk away from the city, approx 15 min. But with taxi it only takes 5 min.
The sea is clear and just amazing. You can just sit and enjoy a good book next to the sea and listen to the waves or take a wonderful swim.
The cleaning of the rooms are superb! Everything is very clean.
The breakfast and lunch are served in the beach club right at the beach. The breakfast is a buffe breakfast and has everything you need! It’s very fresh and tastes delicious. They also serve you omelett or menemen.. my favorite. Had the chance to try their lunch a few times and it is amazing too.
The staff are amazing! Thanks to Can, Burak, Hasan, Kaan, Ugur the chef and cleaning abla. But the shining stars are Can who was very helpful, Emir who always smiles his biggest and makes your day and last but not least the sweet cat Melo..


A perfect place to relax

We booked a large villa for a family and friends holiday. The villa was well laid out with plenty of space and bathrooms for the whole group. The interiors were well designed and in excellent condition - there was even a sauna, hammam and indoor plunge pool. We could have happily stayed by the pool all day but the cabana and the beautiful sea were just 1 minute away. The breakfast buffet ( hot food to order) was delicious as were the lunches at the beach terrace. The staff were uniformly excellent - helpful, charming and full of information. They organised excellent trips to nearby places of interest - ruins, gorges and an unbeatble boat trip. Kalkan and its restaurants and nightlife a short walk away. Perfect for keeping teenagers happy.

A perfect post exam escape for family and friends. Something for everyone.

Only stayed one night, but made an everlasting impression.  Perfect room, perfect view, lovely private pool and superfriendly staff. Lunch was served on a nice sea side terrace and evenings we went to lykya paviljon restaurant, which we also would visit again without hesitation.

Lovely luxery stay

Direct access to the sea from steps and diving platforms. Mid October, but the sea still pleasantly warm- swimming was delightful. A short walk into Kalyan, and some excellent restaurants. Room, bed, shower were very good, a good breakfast buffet with great view over the water. And of course delightful staff. Well done Likya Gardens.
