i had a very enjoyable stay,  spotlessly clean and comfortable, nicely decorated, well located by istiklal avenue with many restaurants, but on a quiet side street, safe ( next door to police station) no problems with check in, tea and coffee were left for me when i arrived, i have stayed in many apartments i istanbul but this was the best for me

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. BE CAREFUL.  I was duped into paying with a debit card although I asked to charge my credit card. THE PLACE DID NOT MATCH THE DESCIPTION... DISGUSTINGLY DIRTYI think the owner knew that once I see this apartment I'll be highly disgusted and disappointment. He then lied that his credit card processing system isn't working and charged my debit card instead and said if I do no like the apartment he will re-issue me the money or change the apartmet. After he processed my card, his tone and the reality changed. I went into the apartment after he said that I first need to pay before seeing it and giving me the key, mind me I did not have any high expectations. This place was dirty, the towels and the duvet covers had blood stains. He refused to change them. The bathroom was dirty and when I asked for a refund, the purpose rudely refused threatening me. I was with three small kids and it was the worst experience I've ever had. The owner who also happens to be the manager, took the money for the 9 days. I ended up leaving because I felt unsafe after the threats...He also told me "to deadlock" the door because I never know who might come by. He tried to intimidate me after I said that I will be calling booking com. Later on I learned that this place hosts prostitutes and conmans. Absolutely unsafe and not worth the money for a 2* star place even. He cancelled my reservation so that I can't leave a review on the booking.com website. Of course, he already took my money- why would he bother being humane!

The place was absolutely disgusting! The merchant duped me and charged my debit card before showing us the apartment.

First of all, a wonderful location!  Beyoğlu is the heart of Istanbul where there are many great restaurants, pastry and coffee shops, shops, touristic attractions.  The apartment was located in Beyoğlu where everything is accessible and walking distance.  The apartment was very clean.  Staff (especially Aziz) were prompt and friendly.  The apartment was fully furnished and all appliances were functional as expected.  I felt very secure in the are in general, but especially in the apartment as there was a police station on the same street.  Not that I felt it was needed, but it was an extra piece of mind.  I did not have any issues with wifi.  I would stay in the same apartment next time I go to Istanbul.

A wonderful place in the heart of Istanbul!

at the centre of the city, so near to Taksim square, near metro station, bus station, and 10m from Istiklal Street. Best of all is that even you are a the heart of Istanbul you have the luxury to sleep the nights, because is isolated to an alley, and also feel extra safe as a police station is located at the next door! The wifi is very good, also the manager of the apartments and the staff, are very friendly and cooperative. Near the apartments is an open parking the you can leave your car.

Feels like home

Let me start by saying when i booked this i did not have high expectations, but there are a few basic things that i believe are mandatory and believed would be there... This place was the worse place i have ever stayed in. The good thing was the location and the price..
The apartment was very dirty bedsheets had hair.. there was dust everywhere.. The house needs a lot of maintaince and upgrading. the water system was not working properly, it was either boiling water or cold. the tub used to leak so the whole washroom would get dirty..the sofa bed was broken. 
we stayed there for a week and the apartment was cleaned only once so we asked them for a broom and cleaned ourselves. The guy who managed us Aziz tried to resolve our problems but its the owner who has to put money in, fix the problems and take some personal interest otherwise he would be losing a lot of customers. aziz was cooperative but again everything was not in his hands.. he was a bit lazy though.
I would not recommend it to anyone as i enjoyed my stay in istanbul.. only problem was the accomodation.

It was terrible!

Excellent service and location. Comfortable room and well equipped. This is a good place to stay if you travel to Istanbul. Close to great restaurants, little stores, main street Istiklal and to Taksim Square.
