This hotel is fine in the middle not very clean especially blankets and sheets very characteristic but uncomfortable breakfast not very abundant personal very kind in winter there is less traffic near the sea

Standing not very tall old hotel but fairly functional

We checked in as a tour group . This hotel probably was quite good many years ago but is quite run down now . The furnishings are old and dusty . Our study chair broke while one of us was sitting on it. Bathtub was too high and you may get get cut while getting into it . Maybe a problem for older folks . 
On the good side , the aircon actually worked quite well . There is a lovely outdoor pool (regret was it closed at 6pm and we arrived at 630 pm!) and a thermal pool that closed at 8 pm . Wifi was surprisingly adequate . 
Food was adequate . Bread was fresh and had a adequate selection of fruits . No mineral water supplied . No kettle . You had to get this during meal times in the dining hall . 
There is a provision shop opposite the hotel as well as a soap shop that sells all sorts of olive oil soap . Worthwhile to checkout . 
Overall an ok stay . It is a pity that the owner is not pumping in money to revamp the entire place . 

Has seen better days 

The hotel is poorly maintained, it has aged without regular renovations. Co-owned accommodations are completely tired of being abandoned. Old couches are half-damaged, electrical appliances damaged. 1 vacuum cleaner for the entire apartment, and it is under medical care...and no one is aware of the problems. Information is either not passed on to management, or management doesn't care at all, but it's a scandal to be hosted in such conditions. The whole hotel is not necessarily dirty, but it doesn't clean either. The indoor pool is supposed to be hot spring water... I disagree. The sauna is off, and the bad service is supposed to be broken with many circumstances.

The Disaster

In this hotel breakfast is good enough the staff is very friendly they speak a little English big bathrooms would have to be rebuilt very old style shower that creates problems you have to hold it up with your hand otherwise you can 't shower and the water is not very hot place on the stand so you can feel in the cars but not so much clean rooms

Average hotel

The hotel is very nice. It has a thermal pool. Even in the shower room there is a healing water stream. It has a water park across the road. The sea is accessible on foot through the road. The eastern beauty of the hotel's decoration will not leave anyone indifferent.

It's a great hotel.

First of all cheaper than the other hotels in vicinity offers thermal water. Design of interior of the hotel is old style but i am sure it was the maximum luxury at past when it was first made. Breakfast is enough. Dinner has limited possibilities but food are really delicious. Each room has standard water at bath and additional thermal sources from different valves. Bathing tube was good. minibar was empty. and all drink like beer or tea (only at breakfast tea is free) were needed to be paid. And expensive they were. internal thermal pool is really good. for hygienic reasons a shower cap needed to go in. but some people were not obeying this rule. sauna was not active always and it was needed to be advised to staff for getting it hot and ready to use. Turkish bath was ok. Salt room for therapy was good. Peeling and sapoon needs to be prenotated earlier to have this service. External pool was small but it was good. Rooms were quiet clean. Staff is friendly where sales made , but others were not so friendly... Acquapark is poor equipped and only two sly of total 8  were fantastic. But really dangerous because of its nature. I did not used beach.  Good location and easy to reach. Parking place is really big. I was at hotel part and do not know residential apart rental part. The location offers clean air with rich oxygen.  Regards. 

Rahatlamak icin ideal 

it is an impressive reception area and the booking in was fast but no one spoke English which was a problem when checking out. The room I had was large and comfortable but for two days the showers were cold but if you left them running for 15 minutes or more late in the day you got a luke warm shower. Breakfast was poor and despite repeated requests they only supplied powdered milk. Dinner was much better with generous servings. The bar service was good even without anyone speaking English

Impressive Foyer

During our vacation near Eremit, we also decided to spend two days in a thermal bath. Unfortunately, we had to leave after a day, as the good Saruhan is in a desolate hygienic condition. The hotel is located right on one of the main connecting roads (like the motorway in Germany) and is therefore subject to a constant noise level of all kinds. We decided to take a room by the pool where it was only half as bad. The staff, who were few on site, made a normal impression. Breakfast was ok. The hygienic conditions at this hotel are really catastrophic. Since pictures are more than words to express, I don't want to print any more.
