We have been staying since the hotel opened. 
It is spotlessly clean ,showing no sign of deterioration,  staff are very friendly and great value for money. 
Next door is a family run restaurant serving Thai and western dishes . Really good food and price . They also do a nice western breakfast

Stayed here so many times  . Incredible value for money.  Very comfortable rooms. Great beds . 2 buildings one with a lift and one just stairs. EXCEPTIONALLY  clean . Great service everytime.

Cleanest hotel in Thailand 

The best little bargain in Thailand!  Our chosen place to stay in Prachuab never disappoints us. Immaculately clean rooms with all you need, friendly and efficient staff who have mostly been there from the hotel opening. Having a simple continental style breakfast is just the icing on the cake.  For us there’s no reason to look elsewhere, De Boutique certainly couldn’t be beaten on price.

Still unbeatable

We have stayed here many many times over the years . The hotel looks as fresh as it did when they opened . Obviously very good management. 
Lovely modern clean rooms . The staff always give us a lovely welcome. Always so helpful.  Continental breakfast is very nice. They have 2 buildings one with a lift   nice sea views. I wouldnt stay anywhere else.

Best hotel in Thailand 

Such nice clean clean rooms! Very friendly and helpful staff. This was the softest bed we encountered in Thailand (don't get me wrong...it was not soft just marginally softer than any other of the board like beds they seem so fond of in this country). Small breakfast with good coffee...not instant thank God...just a little start to your day...very nice.

Very nice

Nice clean rooms with aircon and hot water. We stayed in the building at the rear of the hotel and it was comfortable and quite. They supply a basic coffee and toast type breakfast which is fantastic considering the room price was only 690 bht. This hotel is well located in the town and only a short walk from the seafront. The staff were friendly and tried their best to help. You can hire a little motorbike from here as well. 

Excellent value 

i've become a regular here i guess. A great little hotel for a night or two in a charming small town. Everything you need in a hotel room is here, basic but good. The staff who mostly have been here as long as the hotel are lovely. Prices are cheap for the standards you get here. I'll definitely stay again next time I'm in Prachuab

great simple hotel

Another return visit. I thinks it's appropriate to update that this hotel remains an excellent place to stay in the heart of Prachuab. The staff are lovely and welcoming. The rooms are great with everything you need at a bargain price. For me, there's no need to look anywhere else

Always the same....excellent

The hotel, which opened just 2 years ago,  is divided into 2 five storey buildings with a car park for guests in the middle. We checked out the rooms before booking and settled on room 504 in the block containing the reception area and nearest the main road. The room is clean and quiet and has a small balcony with sea view but is not suitable for sitting in as there is a high covered glass wall round it.   The double bed is comfy, the room and shower room a good size and there is a tv (which I retuned and found 1 English language news channel), tea making facilities but no safe and no clothes cupboard. The lift worked fine. Breakfast is a continental buffet taken in the reception area and front steps where there is a limited number of chairs and tables. No eggs or bacon ; just toast, jam and a few small cakes and sandwiches. The coffee is ok though from a modern machine and, to be fair, if one wanted 'the full English' there are plenty of cafes locally.  The young, diminutive but courteous manageress is the only member of staff who speaks good English but they are all helpful and friendly. She obviously runs a tight ship as the hotel runs very smoothly and efficiently. A word from her and the staff are on the case immediately.
For 800 Bahts per night for the 2 of us (about £18 - April '17) I wouldn't look any further and am looking forward to returning next year with the family when I shall also book a 'family' room with a double and a single bed for 1000 Bahts.
