6 reviewsThis is the third time we stayed at Indie House and every year it gets better! We love this resort, the tropical gardens, the rooms, the staff and the owners. We stayed at Indie House in late December 2015 with 2 children and were given a large room with a bedroom, a living room and a small kitchen. This was a big room, with a queen size bed, 2 single beds, a big dinning room, full size fridge and a bathroom as large as a room. Everything was clean and very comfortable. The gardens are beautiful and very well maintained. You can see that the owners and their staff put a lot of effort to care for their garden and resort. Breakfast is included in the room rate, which is served at the first building of the resort. It generally consists of a Thai breakfast which was delicious. Coffee is also available. We travel by car and it is easy for us to get around Indie House. This resort is located at the back of Mae Rim in the middle of rice fields. If you do not have your own transportation, you will need to access the main Mae Rim road to find public transportation to go to Chiang Mai. I highly recommend having your own car, stay at Indie House to get away from busy Chiang Mai and drive around to visit the surrounding of Mae Rim. From the resort you can quickly access Samoeng up in the nearby high hills and other places of interest. You will find amazing views over the clouds, fruit farms and tribal villages. This is all easily and quickly accessible from Indie House. Overall, Indie House offers very good quality service for a decent price. I highly recommend this resort if you have your own transportation and want to get away from Chiang Mai to find a place of peace and tranquility.

Spend an evening in a nice atmosphere of the bar. It’s time to have a nice meal! Stop by the restaurant. In the shared kitchen, you can cook anything you want. Free Wi-Fi is available on the territory. Ask for more information when checking in.
